Diagnostic menu for 3D - HTC EVO 3D

Found this just messing around with my phone....pretty cool diagnostic menu for 3D.

You can test the lights, buttons, even battery run down test.

Hmmm! So you just so happened to hit that exact sequence AND remembered exactly what you did as you were "messing around". Pretty sure there is a thread already! Messing around...whatever dude.

I did that sequence since you have to do the similar one on nexus s

Why can't people just say thanks anymore? Damn. Everyone is so uptight on here nowadays its not even fun to post or read some of the threads...

Neat trick! Thanks! Helped when I swapped out LEDs and ran the new colored LEDs through a semi-stress test

[Q] Is this normal? BeastMod

Is this normal on Beastmod.. I usually never pay attention, I just know the order of buttons.
The text doesn't seem to go with the pictures..
power off = sound is off ?
sound is on = airplane mode is on?
etc

LOL, mine was the same way. I use an app called quick boot and the power down, restart, recovery options from there.

You definitly do not pay attention cuz that is something mentioned billions times and if you read the first page it clearly states that problem exists

and you definitely had to bump this to get your point across after the question had already been answered... but it's ok, I don't mind people like you trying to think they're cool.
thanks for the answer too tho.

It even makes no sense why you need to open a new thread on here since your question is specific to beastmod. Prolly im not the only one "thinking to be cool"

Nav POV changed, not sure how to restore

Over the past week or two, the orientation of my navigation has changed from "third person view" to an overhead shot of the maps that don't rotate as I am driving. I am just a little arrow that moves around the map.
I've tried looking in the settings for some sort of option to go back to the third person view, but I sure can't figure out how to do it. Anyone able to offer a trip on this?

I understand the "Bad" view is just the settings screen where you can select alternate routes, etc, but that's how it appears as I am driving in the main nav screen.

Do you see the carrier iq in HTC setup wizzard apk. This needs to be disabled. I'll give it a shot once I have some free time. I hate these spying crap. Why can't they just leave us alone

A bold move on their part after last time.
its easily removed
just delete the permission from the manifest file of the apk

This was my first thought too.
Hopefully there's nothin fishy going on here and that they've learned their lesson....that's likely just inactive leftovers.

Sure it does... It points you in the right direction...Sorry, Couldn't help myself - i needed a laugh.
Might I suggest you check out the Amaze Bible? The guys spent a lot of time putting that thing together. {The TV CRT doesn't work with ICS - yet..}
This place is kinda of pointless if you ask a question and all you get are assholes posting in the thread.

LMT Laucher (PIE Control)

I just came across this tutorial for setting up the LMT Launcher with "PIE" control and thought it was pretty cool so I'm sharing it here.

It's amazing the amount of control the app gives over theming pie. Was playing around with it yesterday and I managed to get something close to what paranoid android has .

How do you keep the pie on the screen to be able to select? Right now I have to hold the screen then slide to the app.

Yeah I watched it. The version in the video is 1.86 but it never showed how to do what I thought I saw. It looked as though he pressed the side or the bottom of the screen and the pie popped out and would stay there until he selected and app or shortcut. It's no big deal. It is a neat mod. Thanks for sharing ramjet73!
