Hi!
How can I unpack or make my own logo.bin? It contains logo shown before /system/media/images/boot_logo ?
logo.bin and image file, which is packed in this logo.bin are attached to message.

I extracted the boot.img by adb from my pollux but I get error messages when I type this command:
abootimg -X boot.img
boot.img: no Android Magic Value
boot.img: not a Valid Android Boot Image
I have kernel.sin from 10.7.A.0.222.

after extract the firmware from .tar it is showing the contents as like below:
appsbl (what is extention)??
boot.img
cache.img.ext4
fat.bin
hidden.img.ext4
oemsbl (what is extention)??
qcsbl.mbn
qcsblhd_cfgdata.mbn
recovery.img
system.img.ext4
i want to know about .extention for appsbl and oemsbl only......
will anybody tell me the correct extention name for both......

Few weeks ago i got hold of BQ phone that have safe dual boot option (Device CPU : MSM8952)
Feature is volume up and power to boot to main system , and normal power is to boot to fake os (empty one)
Normal boot is password protected..
What i want to do is to clone this dual boot feature on my nexus 5x or any other ..
reason why i want to do is simple... i cant get this model any more .. its and of line
After downloading all files from the phone i got the following :

I am trying to install a custom ROM on a Huawei P Smart FIG-LX1. I have a system.img that i should flash to the system partition.
So when i try to flash the image i have two system partitions:
Ona named "System" and one named "System Image".
If i try flashing it to the "System" partition i get this error:
Code:
[IMAGE FLASH STARTED]
Image to flash: '/external_sd/system.img'
Calculating restore details...
E:Cannot flash images to file systems
If this can help i have wiped the system partition containing the original ROM.
