Hi all
I've just bought Xperia X8 2 days ago and i've used GingerDX ROM from the Thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1188486
everything works fine except that i am not not able to charge my phone when i connect it to the PC
with the original ROM when i connect the USB cable the mobile used to prompt me to chose if i want to charge or exchange data
now with the modded ROM i don't have options but Storage on/off

Hello all.First of all I would like to thank all the xda developers whos always hard at work improving our cell phones with bunch of cool programs
Im a complete noob at all this but with your instructions I managed to install GINGERDX on my Sony xperia mini 10a (american version)
Now my problem is my wifi could not find a network now after upgrading my rom. I was able to use my own network when Im here at home when I was running 2.1 on factory xperia
Is there a way to revert back to factory 2.1 like if it came stock on the mini 10 or before I upgraded to Gingerdx?
I might be selling the phone and just wanna make sure that I can downgrade it back to 2.1
Another thing that concerns me is that using my pc companion now when I plug in the phone it doesnt give me the option like charge phone and theres few more options on the screen and cant remember now..lol
Also when I look at the Phones info it says X8 on the model number ,could this be that I downloaded GINGERDX for X8 or both X8 and X10 share the same platform?
Any help is greatly appreciated guys

If you're talking about the x10 mini, this might be the wrong forum...
Anyway, you could try the repair option using SEUS.

Thanks brotha.It worked awesome. I just downloaded SEUS and run the program.Everything is back to factory setting

Dear all xperts!
How are you all ? Hope everything is going cool. But I am in bad position! Now, I want to tell all of you, why i am in bad position!
This running month, 2nd - April - 2012, i purchased SONY ERICSSON XPERIA NEO V - MT11i (Model)- silver color cell phone. I successfully unlock boot loader & root that phone. And update it to ICS OS/ROM, default is was Gingerbread.
I usedd 5 ICS ROM & download it from xda-developer site.
Last week i download XPERIA NEO MT15i ICS ROM and setup it in my MT11i set. Its working well but i thing ICS MT11i (ICS_Spacious_Smooth_Light_ODEX_v2) ROM is suitable for me. So, I again erase my previous ROM & install last mentioned ROM.
Now, my cell phone totally not working. The problem I found -
1. When I press power button, the logo will show & totally blank screen after booting.
2. When I charged the phone, no led button signal.
3. When I press power button no vibrate.
I tried several time and I charged my battery 100% via another NEO V. I again format cache/data/system, Wipe delvik, Wipe Battery. And tried advanced restore.
But the phone not working. Now its totally shut down.
Plz plz plz help me my all dearest intelligent developer brothers...
I am waiting all of your good suggestion & solve my problem.

You have to do a hard reset, connect your phone to the mains without the battery for 15 minutes and flash firmware with flastool such as clean 62

First of all im new here and im from greece so simple words would be appreciated
second is the problem
i installed the minicm10 rom to my android x10 mini and the wifi didnt want to turn on so i tried to format it back to its first android version but i forgot the part where you have to format the data,system and cache file and that resulted in my phone turning off.
Now the phone doesn't turn on no matter what i do.
i connect it to my pc with pc companion and it doesn't show that my phone is connected
i pulled of the battery connection through that removable rubber thingie at the back of the phone,connected it again nothing.
tried to reset the phone nothing again
so if anyone knows what to do any help is appreciated

whoops sorry thanks for pointing it out
Hey all, this is my first post on this site and i'm a newbie on flashing and rooting and such..
i read about this custom rom and it really got me excited so i decided to give it a shot. I rooted my Xperia P and then installed CWM recovery and used it to install JB MoonBreaker v3.5.
Now everything went fine, but there are 2 problems:
1. SIM card won't be recognized no matter what i do, so there is no network connection at all.
2. the wireless just wont be turned on.. it keep on saying "Turning on wi-fi" but nothing happens..
Any help would be appreciated.

Hi. I wanted to know if it's possible to use a Sony Ericcson Xperia Mini Pro SK17 for USB Tethering with an old Win98SE laptop. I've never used USB Tethering before and I don't know where to download the drivers... If there aren't any drivers for Win98 maybe I can get new ones to work using KernelEx, but I don't either know where to download them.
Hope someone can help me. Thanks.
