I was digging through the apk files of the leaked Pyramid rom and have been trying to get the new clockwidget and Streak live wallpaper ported over for the ThunderBolt and all my efforts to what I know as far as coding anyway, I can't get it working.
It could be related to it being encoded using Gingerbread, but these two alone are worth a look since they have new features and the new Live wallpaper "Streak" is going to be the new flagship background for all devices.
I have attached the said apk files for anyone willing to port these over for use on our ThunderBolt's

These willl not work yet, read the op.
I think one of the main things needs to be addressed is the resolution / dimension (regarding the live wallpaper) .. i tried it on my HTC Desire (i know i just gave it a try) and it did not work

Yes, i can tell you how. First, port Sense over to a samsung phone as this is the framework needed to run most of these. Second, i'm done with the sarcasm. Seriously though, unless there is a sense port to samsung, you're not getting these things on your S 2. Sorry bud.
I like some of the Themes listed in the Wiki but one question I have is can these be installed over the stock rooted Sprint ROM or do I have to flash a different ROM first?

Most of the "themes" are for cm7. There are a few for stock/stockesque (mik roms). In order to use a theme or rom you need to be rooted, s-off, with a custom recovery installed.
Always double/triple check what flavor (sense or aosp) of the theme you are going to apply... Mixing and matching sense and aosp can make your phone act silly...

I would suggest a different ROM not stock rooted Sprint ROM. Install a ROM compatible with whatever theme (sense 1.0 ROM if its a theme made for it or cm7 if its theme chooser app). Don't try flashing a sense 1.0 theme over sense 2.1 for example, its not going to work.

is there anyway to delete themes off your phone ? i have not as of yet seen a way to do this anyone have an idea?

It depends on what theme... if its a flashable zip theme, you SHOULD be able to flash the original rom over it without harm (you will have to delete bloat/apps again) but if the rom contains wipe scripts you will start over from scratch... cm7 themes are changeable in the theme chooser...

Hi, please someone can explain me the main steps to porting this rom "RUU_Pyramid_HTC_Europe_1.45.401.2_Radio_10.56.9035.00U_10.14.9035.01_M_release_208857_signed" know as official stock 2.3.5 latest, to HTC Desire / Bravo ?
I know that:
From system.img, must replace /lib/modules with modules of a stock kernel original Bravo, but the rest ?
There any other files that must be replaces with Bravo original stock ?
(i know that I must use SD to store framework / app file)
Please someone tell me the right way, I would have a HTC Desire with stock 2.3.5.

Last month i used a Short time the CyanogenMod by Agragben.
He Got Packed a Real 3D Boot animation in his Rom

Now i try'd to replace this Boot animation in my Actual Using rom (Mwakios)...
But it doesnt work!
I See the animation, but it is in 2D - Not 3D...
Do i have to change something in the Build.prop file?
got to Change anything else?

Did you try to install the binary code at the very bottom of the aroma installer where you select which sense version you have? And toggle the 3d camera button, otherwise you are out of luck, works fine on Vipers rom

All other Boot animations works this way...
Just replace the Boot animation zip in System-Customize-ressource and it works...
But not the 3D Animation...
I dont understand why Aroma installer etc.?!
Aroma is for Flashing Roms isnt it?
It has to be made to work in a 3d environment, so if you take a bootanimation and just swap it from resources it will not work, a standard 2d bootanimation will not all of a sudden turn it a 3d animation, it must be configured for 3d

Try installing it for every version, and check if one works.. who knows, it might catch...
Have you tried viper3d or cool sense? Some roms don't support 3d panel.
My Rom (Mwakios) Supports 3D Panel...
I Watch some Movies or Pictures in 3D

The aroma installer should be able to install the binaries for you. Try just installing the 3d script first, then go back and install again on 3.6 sense option. I have it working on my EVO 3d. There shouldn't be any issues. Are you sure that it didn't work. Those little cubes in the bootanimation should appear like they are coming at you. That's the 3d effect.
I just downloaded a ROM [AOKP] as base, also i had another ROM for HTC Amaze 4G!
But After i Edited and added Aroma Installer i got to know it was an AOKP for HTC Desire!
but i Placed All My Frameworks from another Amaze ROM! I Edited the Apps and META Folder.
So I was Thing Should i Flash it on HTC Amaze or Not? I Did Remove Apps and Frameworks
I also replaced the build.prop with my own HTC Amaze 4G ROM. Do I need to Replace the ummm... META_IN
CERT, and MANIFEST Files? Or Should I Just Flash? PLEASE I NEED HELP!!!!!
