[Q] How to revert to stock Recovery from ClockWorkMod? - HTC Flyer, EVO View 4G

Hello,
I rooted and enabled phone on flyer following instructions, great!
Now I want to get back to stock recovery (removing clockworkmod), mainly because I cannot perform an OTA upgrade as when it reboots it shows a triangle with exclamation mark..
So I found code to push recovery image somewhere searching, is there a stock recovery image available from someone?
I cannot seem to find it.
Thanks!

Cant get into menu to flash ROM's

Hi all,
I have previously managed to flash ROM's without any problems, but am trying to load the villainrom beta but cant get into the boot menu. All i have is an exclamation mark inside a white triangle and a picture of a phone beneath it.
Any ideas?
sounds like the recovery image has been currupted or replace boot back the phone OS and then flash ramons flash image again

Amaze cant get into stock recovery for root

I recently reflashed the most recent tmobile stock image 262141. Now I am trying to root it but the recovery doesnt seem to exist. When I use the AIO to reboot into recovery, I get three green arrows in circle pointing at the phone. I then rebooted into bootloader and chose recovery from there and ended up in the green arrows screen. Anyone know how to restore the recovery?
So you flashed an RUU and now it won't go into recovery?
Flashing an RUU brings the phone back to factory status. So you'll need to RE-unlock your bootloader, flash a custom recovery then re-root your device.
Oh for some reason I thought this had some sort of stock recovery that wasn't fastboot. I must have confused it with my Samsung device. Thanks for the help.

[Q] 2.3.5 boot loop and hosed recovery

Current status: BOOT LOOP, NO WORKING RECOVERY
I'm working on a friend's Photon, trying to get it back to stock. It got the 2.3.5 OTA update ages ago and therefore has a locked bootloader.
I have tried many things. Do not tell me to search the forum; I have spent many hours doing exactly that.
The phone starts booting, shows the U.S. Cellular animation from the Electrify due to the performing the first of the six tasks outlined in several places, including here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=30654255&postcount=5
It then reboots before getting to a home screen. The next logical step would be to boot to recovery and do a factory reset. However, starting recovery (hold volume down, down until recovery, up) results in the yellow exclamation point sign and android icon and then it freezes. I suspect, but am not sure, that the phone had CWM on it at some point. I'm not sure if the Electrify sbf also re-installs stock recovery?
I can get into fastboot, but the two recovery images I attempt to flash result in "failed to process command flash:recovery error(0x180002)". I have also flashed 2.3.5_45.4.13ota_unbrick.sbf in an attempted to get a working recovery, but that just goes back to the boot loop at the end of flashing.
I can't continue with the 6-step unbrick process because the phone won't boot up all of the way to allow me to root it and install the bootstrap apk. I can't wipe the phone because recovery doesn't work.
What I need:
a fastboot-able stock recovery image file, to ensure that I have the correct recovery. There were links to this at one time, but they are all either rotted or the OP flounced and nuked his posts containing them.
Apparently the yellow exclamation point sign means that stock recovery is installed. However, it never presents a menu or any text, just the image, so something else is wrong. Of course, there are no useful error messages, either, just the image.
No amount of RSDLite appears to be helping. Is there a way to force a factory reset from fastboot or RSDlite instead?
To answer my own question:
fastboot erase userdata does a factory reset.
If anybody else sees this while trying to do the 6-step 2.3.5 stock reinstall, if you get hosed after step 1, that's how you fix it.

Wiped out stock oc1 recovery

Hello all,
It was unwise of me to use ALL IN ONE TOOL (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2301720) to install a custom recovery on my i545vrugoc1 running lollipop.
As a brief record:
- I updated from kitkat to stock lollipop using stock recovery (was my only option since I live in Uzbekistan) which consisted of two packages
- I got it rooted using KingRoot (from 3d try)
- I flashed stang5litre ROM following the instructions via Flash Fire
Was more or less happy but not quite since wanted a ROM which is customizable (personally hate Samsung stock notification bar). To that end ignored all warnings and tried installing custom recovery using ALL IN ONE TOOL.
As a result my phone was unable to boot normally. Searching XDA forum I came across a solution to boot the phone from download mode.
So now I kindly ask to answer the following:
1. Can anyone provide me with i545vrugoc1 stock recovery wich I could flash via odin? I want to do so in order to be able to install the future OTA updates the same way I updated from kitkat to stock lollipop using stock recovery.
2. If first is not possible then second question is: will I be able to flash future stock updates via odin? My worry is that my stock recovery is messed up and I have no idea whatsover if it is going to affect the process.
Thank you in advance
After moving SU to the phone memory the device got stuck on Samsung boot logo and refused to boot up however much long I waited
Booting problem solved thanks to http://forum.xda-developers.com/gal...pment/odin-i545vrugoc1-factory-image-t3160125

Is there any way to configure "ResearchDownload" to work with cyanogen recovery?

Is there any way to configure "ResearchDownload" to work with cyanogen recovery?
I've been trying to unbrick my lenovo A1000 (smartphone) for the past 6 hours. It got bricked after I tried to do the OTA update while i had Cyanogen recovery unstead of stock. I found the right tools, drivers, stock firmware to flash, but it can't be flashed with CWM. I keep getting "user cancel" without doing anything, and it just boots into cwm and does nothing.
So my questions:
Is there any way to configure ResearchDownload to work with cwm?
I can't find the right stock recovery for Lenovo A1000, given that its a relatively new and not well-known device. Any way to find that?
If i manage to find the stock recovery, how can I flash it?
I did a factory reset and cleared cache after the failed OTA Update, so I am not sure if I can find any files from within my device.
Thanks for helping!
