Ok guys I obviously need to RTFM a bit more and managed to brick my UK Retail Atrix (non tmobile or orange)
Does anybody know a recovery method for recovery I cannot find the UK retail Rom SBF Any ideas??

hello! i installed greyblur on my atrix and after the first boot up when i tried to unlock it the screen doesn't work!!! i tried to open it with the fingerprint scanner but it doesn't work alsoo!! the power button doesn't work!!! please help me !!!

Try this. Make sure you read it well to make sure out applies to your device. I'm assuming you doing have am At&t atrix. This is for must of the international versions.

Hold off for a few minutes before you SBF and risk losing your unlock. Other phones I have had, doing a similar process as sbf, has killed unlocks.

im downloading the sbf now it is 1.4 gb !!!
compressed it should only be about 700mb
first i downloaded the first file 1.2.6 but when i tried to extract winrar i had an error "no archives found"

lol dunno
i bought my atrix off of ebay, rooted and unlocked the bootloader, then messed up with gingerblur. maybe it was because i had the lastest updates installed on the atrix?

You were supposed to flash through the system recovery app's recovery, but anyways back to your question. If you follow directions on how to do things im sure you'll be fine off, as of now the only way to hardbrick is to sbf back when you have the ota installed,

Are you sure that your old atrix is hardbricked? Sounds like it would be more of a softbrick unless your old atrix had Gingerbread. Eitherway, it sounds fixable.

i'm unable to root it for some reason. tried cmd method as well as superoneclick... don't know what else to do
I have a Motorola Atrix from Orange UK. I unlocked the SIM to use it in India, Unlocked the BootLoader and flashed CM7. Now I want to go back to original Motorola ROM. Is it possible, if yes, HOW? Kindly post other links of this procedure if anybody knows about some way to do it.

Look in the stickies section of Atrix development forum. And find the sbf for unlocked bootloader. Or if u just want the blur UI try the Aura Rom. It has a lot of mods but the theme is basically stock.

And no matter what do not downgrade to any Froyo build/sbf. U will brick.

I'm also having problems but mines T-Mobile UK instead of orange UK I understand not to downgrade but we can't get 2.3.4 in the UK yet so ours are on. 2.2.2 so if I flash the stock rom it wont brick or would it this is what's bugging me as I dnt wanna brick

hey, I think i have the same problem, i have an atrix with cyanogenmod-7-12112011-nightly-olympus, Android version 2.3.7
And i would like to know if its posible to get the original settings if I back up another atrix from the same carrier (telcel - MExico), so i can get rid of the cyanogen and i can have it with factory settings.
If its posible, can anyone help me and tell me how to do it?

I ve got atrix 4 g (international version i.e. Retail Asia, 2.3.4,...4.5.2A-74_OLE-31), I flashed it with International SBF file available in this thread: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1136261 with RSD lite..
Later unlocked bootloader and rooted my phone with Pre-install method....
Problem is after flashing with SBF, phone RAM memory has become low, result of which performance of the phone has come down drastically.
I am thinking to reflash the phone with another SBF namely 1FF-olympus_emara-user-2.3.4-4.5.2A-74_OLE-31-release-keys-signed-searet.sbf.gz....
Will reflashing SBF with unlocked bootloader brick the phone???

Don't try that just yet.
I think I saw a ram fix patch for international atrix somewhere in our forum. Just find and flash that and your phone will be good to go.

Actually, one don't need the system file, I flashed file INTL-ORFR234-tegrapart-1100.boot.zip and DONE.. got my memory.

I bricked my photon when I was trying to install a custom rom..
I get the error failed to boot 2.

In the first step itself when I want my phone to be back to stock I not able to do it...When im trying to transfer the sbf file I get "Failed flashing process. Unable to retrieve interface handle. (0x7027)"

It is locked...
I did not unlock the bootloader..
Thats what the problem was your bootloader was locked so you cant flash roms that only work when unlocked

If that don't work...
Find the Electrify 2.3.5 USC_19 sbf file you can install to get back up and running. But its not sprint. You have to install a couple of other files to get the sprint radio and wi-fi to work. It's all here, google is your friend.

When I tried to flash with Electrify 2.3.5 USC_19 sbf file..I finished but in the end I got this error "Error switching phone to BP pass through mode (0x70BE)".

The error is actually ok just pull battery out and put it back in and turn on the phone, us cellular boot screen should come up and also it may take a little time to boot up completely to home screen.
