Hey I flashed the v 6.0.0s first but noticed that the phone keeps shutting down when comming to down to 20%, 15%, 10% and 5% battery ... it just shuts down automatically... after that I installed v 6.0.0g with a clean and fresh install but still I get the same results .. any answers to what to do or is it a common issue?

Hi guys,
I got a brand new Neo V yesterday, fully updated it to the latest software and it has been fine since this morning. It constantly keeps restarting.
Why is this happening and how can I fix it?

So it is a known issue and it's not my phone that's faulty?
No, just re flash or re update it.

I was on the latest stock ROM though I've only had the phone a day and I had the reboot issue.
Try to repair via SEUS... Could be corrupted update files.

hmm dude,
when you installed over stock 4.0.3 then you must make a full wipe/factory reset, when not you get fc´s but you can backup your apps with titanium backup and restore them when you finished installing. dont restore system apps!
I did exactly what you have written....I actually read everythng about flashing for 2 days and then proceded with flashing.....I have disabled google now and gmail apps which cont run in backgroud but problem seems to persist though little improvement is there.....

Have you tried a diffrent battery??
Might be a hardware problem. But Samsung wont help since you messed up the software. Can you explain more in detail so we can know more about your situation?
Thanks.

i can't explain more because that hasn't been happening with me , it happened in my friend's hands and he said that
He pulled the battery out without shutting down the device and when plugged in the phone haven't been recognising the sim card then it doesn't want to boot up at all , when he gave it to me to try to fix , i plugged it in charge and it booted for 3 or 4 secs showing " battery is charging " image , i tried to flash stock rom via odin but that haven't helped at all , i hope i'm clearer now

Much friend has a sk17i mini pro. . And I had rooted her phone , she had gone back to her home country, where the phone started a very fast battery draining problem and since I wasn't there to help her , she took it to the service center where the person there had flashed a stock rom , but her phone after that started random rebooting and is getting worse now.. When I checked under About in Settings - under model it says Sk17a which is not the proper one right? .. could the random rebooting be because of this? If I root it , will this problem stop?
I also want the root the phone now , it has an unlocked bootloader so if I just flash mesa kernel its enough right?.. and I can flash another rom just like that right? ..

I guess you flashed the wrong firmware does sk17a exist?
