I just tried to install the aGPS fix from the development subforum and can't install it.
I'm using gingerlol 1.5, with CWR v3.1.0.0.
First, I mounted /system. Then I tried to install agps.patch.generic.build.v2.0.zip:
-- Installing: /sdcard/agps.patch.gerneric.build.v2.0.zip
Finding update package...
Opening update package...
Installing update...
E:Error in /sdcard/agps.patch.generic.build.v2.0.zip
(Status 0)
Installation aborted.
Any ideas whats wrong here?

zip is corrupted/screwed... wait for the maker to fix this or either try the other method of installation...
Awww
The ZIP itself seems ok though.
Then I will wait for a fixed version.

When does that come up? Is it the goldcard method your using? Did you check if your goldcard had worked?.... Use BTDAGs guide linked in my signature.
ok so it got past the goldcard and worked from there.. went thru the root procedure and got to the custom ROM. started to load villainROM and installation aborted.
this is what i see
install from sdcard...
finding update package...
opening update package...
E:can't open /sdcard/villainROM10.2-Full-signed.zip
(bad)
Installation aborted.

Probably just a bad download. Do it again
did it again... same thing. when i went to wipe the sd:ext partition i get
error : Run 'wipe ext' via adb.
WTF!? should i find another ROM? or is there an underlying problem?
EDIT: I fixed this by wiping the phone and SBF'ing back to 2.3.4, and going from there. Disregard this thread
Alright so, I have my phone rooted, BSR installed, made a recovery, went into recovery mode and went to install the cm10 zip. Once I install the zip, this is the status log:

I'm having the same problem, and am a complete noob to this stuff. When I SBF to 2.3.4 do I have to install a new bootstrap?

Guys
When I try to install any ROM like PAC-rom or Carbon, I get this within CWM. Using ROM manager GUI to install ROM does not work and returns No Command and hence I'm not using that option

E:failed to verify whole file signature
E:signature verification failed
Installation aborted.
How can I fix this?
Thanks
Folks i was able to make some progress but now get stuck here

Anybody?
Need more info. Are you on mdk or me7? Why are you using rom manager instead of twrp or safestrap?
I'm ME7 and just realized I'm supposed to be using safestrap. I was posting all this while on the CWM help forums and nobody told me CWM does not work with ME7
Yup safestrap and me7 based Roms it is for you then.
Hi,
Unfortunately I am unable to flash another rom and I can't find a fix anywhere.
So my HTC One M7 is currently running on a snapshot of CM11 and at first I wanted to flash Paranoid Android.
When I tried to flash it it said it couldn't, it just aborted. I thought I messed something up so I restored my backup.
Yesterday I wanted to update my CM rom using the built in updater but it gave me the same error later.
The only thing I could find is to update my recovery, though I am running the latest version of CWM recovery on my phone.
Any tips?
Thanks in advance

Usually status 0 is a problem with the update binary.. So I would make sure you are downlaoding the correct roms for your device
