Hi I've been having problems getting my phone to charge with other chargers that did not come with the phone not even an HTC car charger will work anyone know how to fix it? ? Pm me please with a possible fix thanks

Here's the problem, when my phone has charge, and I have turned it off, when I try to charge it, the red led comes on, then goes off. It will then not turn on until I remove and replace the battery. I would rather not try and run it flat, and I am rooted s-on. Also, it will not go into hboot until I remove and replace the battery.

Try cleaning battery terminals with meth spirits,not had this problem just a suggestion

cwm has known charging issues. you should try 4ext recovery

Well need more information! Are you rooted? S-OFF? Are you on ICS or GB?
If you are rooted, install battery calibration and then charge your phone all the way to 100 percent. Then use battery calibration and then calibrate it! You can also calibrate from 4ext recovery so that's useful too.
