Here's the problem, when my phone has charge, and I have turned it off, when I try to charge it, the red led comes on, then goes off. It will then not turn on until I remove and replace the battery. I would rather not try and run it flat, and I am rooted s-on. Also, it will not go into hboot until I remove and replace the battery.

Try cleaning battery terminals with meth spirits,not had this problem just a suggestion

cwm has known charging issues. you should try 4ext recovery

yep,not much gonna help but warranty...i do wonder if it were something on the evo end or the plug end that caused that..
It's fine.. just use some WD40 in the charge port and she'll fire right up.
