Just to be safe -
If you have a previous version of Google+ installed, uninstall it first!
The only down side to this that I've noticed so far is that the new messenger "chord" doesn't do picture sharing. I'm sure that will come in time

I dunno. I checked the permissions and they all matched up. Perhaps the loss of picture sharing in the messaging section had part in that?
So far the app works great for me

yes you can do PUBLIC posts but YOUR CIRCLE is as DEFAULT , before any posting you have to press the + betton on the right hand side , then you have all options ( public , all circle, specific circle or even choose the names you want to see the post ) I SEE THIS EVEN BETTER.... THAN BEFORE

When I post public it says it can't be posted try again later. Posting to My Circles works fine but adding public gives above error
Just public same error
No error when circles only
