K some people can't do it all you have to do is go to download link upper right download dropbar press it then direct download ,downloads in seconds. Then click on it from your downloads it will say would you like to install
If u already have it then replace & install .but if it nothing come up at all its because you never got a plugin first go download a app installer then run it with this : http://db.tt/bp8i7dSa
And install it .now uninstall app installer not that plugin one now try clicking on the market.apk it will automatically come up saying do you want to install
If you're not sure its the one you're looking for just look At quote post underneath

I'm running SlimRom 2.7 and I had to flash the slim-gapps zip right after flashing the ROM in order to get a working market who won't say my device is not compatible with every app I try to download. Today something must have happened with the good store servers because apps I was able to install from the store now some are now incompatible with my device. I have to manually search for the apk and it's frustrating. I'm not sure I wanna be the tester for the android market store app for SlimRoms because I just flashed again yesterday again.

Isnt the android market upgraded to play store??
I doubt that its the latest version
Anyways if it is the latest version, then our store will upgrade itself automatically..

android market and gplay are different
android market requires less space ...
