I know it maybe a simple question for you but i am a newbie on x10.
I want to install MiniCM7 Pro - V16 on my wifes x10 without bricking it hopefully.
Can you please refer me to a guide that explains how to proceed for flashing the device that now is running stock 2.1 .
Is it possible to go back to stock rom if i want to flash back?

I was a little confused because in the mini cm7 thread is written NOT SUPPORTED x10 mini pro,which is the phone i have.
So how must i proceed? What is the first thing to do?

hi guys,
first of all, I don't intend to post trash post like this, but I have searched very hard but no luck.
I installed xrecovery and did a full back up afterwards.
Then I installed the miniCM Alpha3, after reboot, the Cyanogen logo and animation did show up. But it just stopped there, like forever.
Help.
UPDATE: Problem solved
seems like it is a pretty simple.
What I did was download the latest falshtool, and follow this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?p=10879507#post10879507.

my fault, maybe, is that I didn't wipe all the data.
CM Alpha 3? This one? http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=961707 It's only for X10 mini (not pro)

Im new to this and im sick of sony erriccsson leavin us for the last and this installin to phone memory is completely annoying so I tried installing apps2sd but realized that u need a custom rom first which supports app2sd. But before that u also need xrevovery... currently im using an x10 mini pro....
please anyone help???
plz do show me how to install all three from xrevovery and custom rom to app2sd
which version your x10 mini pro are? 2.1.1.A.0.6 or 2.0.2.A.0.24?
you can use the flashtool 0.2.9 to root, xrec and jit, very easy, look for the flashtool on devolopement

My frnd having Xperia X10 Mini and he wants to install CM7 (link).
He have original android v2.1 stock ROM with root & CWM recovery installed but can't able to find perfect tutorial to install this cm7.
He afraid of bricking his phone as he saw here.
Please, help him to get the right tutorial as he & I are noobs ...
And tell also that what are the others steps he have to do before flashing???

I need to update to android >froya so some apps i want to use will work.
I've rooted and superuser'd my phone but cant get xrecovery working or beyond that to update to latest version.

I want my x10 mini flash back to its original stock rom which now is 2.2 cm6 … i used the PC companion "repair phone" method but it appears that it can't be done with Window 8 and this really make me feel so frustrated! Then i try to use the SEUS, but i found that there is no x10 mini in the list of update
So i hope sombody can help me with suggest me any other ways to flash my x10 mini back to 2.1…
