Disabling stock browser animations? - AT&T Samsung Galaxy S II SGH-I777

I know this is probably a question for the devs but I notice that the browser has sort of animations when you zoom in and out and are scrolling. They are made to make thisgs look smoother.
I used to see these same animations on the stock gallery apps on my old phones. These animations are gone on this phones galley app but are now PRESENT in the browser.
I do not prefer them and am wondering if there is an easy way to disable them.

Changing default gallery

Is there a way to change the default gallery app so the default one doesn't open from the camera every time? When I disable the stock gallery app the camera force closes when you go to view pics. Pretty lame because the stock app lags like ****.
Bump. I can't be the only one who wants this

Question about the gallery.

In the gallery, when I tilt the phone, the thumbnails tilt with it making it very difficult to select the desired picture.
I managed to disable this in the app drawer when moving an app around but I can't find a way to disable it in the gallery.

5x4 Layout?

Does anyone know of an app or launcher that will let me change the layout and keep the Sense widgets?
I know that there are several launchers that offer a 5x4 layout, but I can't seem to find any that allow me to retain some of my favorite Sense Widgets, such as the clock, keyboard, and the dialer. Considering the size of the DNA's screen, I'm a little surprised HTC didn't offer a setting to tweak this. It just looks a little silly to me with the stock 4x4 layout.

There are none. Sense widgets only work in the stock launcher.

Thanks for the quick reply. What about apps that might offer this tweak?

When we start getting ROMs this will be an option.

Wallpaper not scrolling/reseizing

For some reason the wallpaper isn't scrolling nor reseizing...no matter which launcher I use, I can only use a single paged wallpaper and cannot use in full resolution.
Anyone having the same problem?
