I have a small request for you. Could anyone please upload an original bootanimation.zip file, which is located in /system/media/ ?
I have custom ROM, but I liked the original boot animation better ;]

Don't forget to set permissions !! ( rw-r-r )

Just want to share my version of Hatsune Miku bootanimation for Xperia SP, this bootanimation is originally shared by @YCx (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2452139)
How to install:
1. Make nandroid backup first before doing this mods;
2. replace bootanimation.zip in the system/media with this file;
3. change the permission to rw-r--r- and reboot.
that's it - ENJOY
Note: just DO IT WITH YOUR OWN RISK, I am not Responsible for any damage/malfunction to your phone.

to unlock the phone slide + pin/pattern
all u need to do is download the attached android.policy.jar zip file

This is a modded version of xperia z2 bootanimation for mdpi devices...themed to suit kitkat running devices
New bootanimation2.zip added
INSTRUCTIONS
1.Downloaded the file {Rename it to bootanimation.zip}
2.copy the "bootanimation.zip" file and paste in /system/media
3.set permission as rw- r-- r--
done.
reboot now
Tested on XPERIA MINI PRO {should work on all MDPI devices}
