This is my first post here but i read a lot a was able to mod my folio with foliomod.
Lately i decided to switch to cm7, it works great faster and more stable.
with foliomod i had some boot loops and internal sdcard data wipe.
With cm7 i cant use flashplayer and some apps doesnt work.
I did the build.prop changes and the lcd settings, but the market continue to tell me the the application is not compatible with my device while in foliomod i was able to install it.
Its just me or is it a common problem? Doez anyone know if it will be fixed in the nextc updates for our folio?

Is a problem for the screen density. You should instala LCD density changer and switch it to 160, click on kill all and your market works properly

I m getting problem when i trying to download something,.... its showing the downloading bt its nt showing the total size n downloaded size of the apps. Its also nt showing the notification also.....

I have the same problem with the beta lewa rom .. and i found a quickly solution... if you have a custom rom bassed on cyanogen like lewa .. install gapps for cm7

its not rom problem guys.. market got updated to newer version.. and i think that version have this problem...
But if you have the problem by the actualization... you can put the goggleplaymarket apk and the vrnding in system/app

read in the morning on xda somewher that the new market aint supporting superuser :O..............

okay... my market finally crashed...
i can't open the market anymore...
i tried to delete the cash and then it worked fine... but after one reboot the app was broken...
i don't find the zip to flash with only the market app... everytime i finde the zip with all google apps...
someone having a link?

i have no issue with this new market 3.4.4. The download is very fast that the percentage of dowload just appear only for a second. i am using Rushabh25's rom SGS II V.5
Guy at android tablets forum ported CM9 and CM10 .. i try it and works very good..just made my day because i lost hope that i will see anuthing besides 2.2 on this device.

First flash recovery with "fastboot flash recovery recovery.img"
and then flash rom try recovery ..of course first wipe everything and wipe dalwik cashe.

it not work on S7..you need to modifi kernel but i saw thay someone is working on it..

you should set lcd density on 120, save and reboot. tablet mode will be automaticly activated.

use app lcd dentisty modder...i try a lot of similiar apps and they all failed and this one is working..just set dpi to 128 or below.
And set font size in setting to big.

For Guyz like me with recovery problems for S7 Slim 201u version....
1. Revert back to stock "UPDATA.APP" Official huawei official 2.2 rom.
2. Then root
3. Fastboot install recovery.img (latest) by batabe
4. Reboot and install ROM Manager "ClockworkMod" from play store
5. In Rom manager flash clockworkmod recovery! when asked which version? choose3+
6. Still in Rom manager...choose reboot into recovery
DONE!
If you want smooth launcher and overall experience..do this
-download apex luncher..much faster then stock
-In build.prop system file under graphics add this line
debug.composition.type=gpu
-in settings ..developer options chech "force gpu rendering"
-then in same setting set background process limit to 3 or 4 (this option when restarted device is back to standard so you will have to check it everytime you restart device)
If you use tablet mode and you want real full screen in some apps or games use app call Gmd gesture

I buy a atrix this week, and installed the cm10 rom by epinter. I have done some searches in site, but i haven't found nothing about install webtop in this rom. There is something to do, to make webtop run in this rom?
Nope but you can set the dpi to 120 which will change it to tablet mode and then use it there's a tutorial a few threads below

Folks, is there any way to run flash player inside cm7 rom?. Tried many browsers and flash version with no luck. Just FC, need a program to load and msg like that is all I get.

I don't know of any app like that, but did you try Chainfire3D to see if it helps with your flash problems?

As has been said by Lexord, flash works in CM7 (or should!). Just wondering what you'd think of wiping your phone and installing a fresh version of CM7 (I'd recommend 7.2)
If you decide to go down this route then the steps you'll need to follow are:
Download a fresh version of CM7.2/Gapps and install them on your sd card
Perform a full system wipe (go to mounts and storage and format System, Data, Osh, PreInstall and Cache)
Install Cm7.2 zip & Gapps
Restart phone
Use stock browser initially and see if you can watch flash videos
If not, download dolphin browser and dolphin video from the play store and see if that works.

Glad to see that you have that working now. YouTube app does that for me as well (not sure why). As a workaround I use (look for this in market) 'Super Video player for Dolphin' . I am not sure if it will work on it's own (without dolphin browser) but you can see. When you download it select 'online' and it will take you to youtube and you should be able to watch videos there.

In some way you actually did.....30.1 is android 4.2.1, while others are 4.1.2...should be clear to you now....and its siyah not siayah....
