Disable Google Mobile Setting

I have recently got my Sony Xperia S and very happy with it.
However I cant permanently disable the Google mobile view I select classic view at the bottom of the web page but it doesn't permanently stay that way I could do it with my HTC Desire but not the Sony!!! Any ideas?
You cant chage the user agent with the default browser. Try downloading an alternate browser like Dolphin HD and setting the user agent to desktop.

Dolphin Browser Speed Dialer

I am tempted to abandon the Boat browser in favour of an old Flash-player version of Dolphin in order to be able to use add-ons such as lastpass.
However, I've become used to the excellant speed dialer in the Boat browser where you can sort and save many bookmarks compared to the few unsorted in Dolphin.
Is there anyway to improve the speed dialer in Dolphin to match the Boat browser?

[Q] Best Web browser

Is there a better browser available than Opera Mini? Free is preferable but will look at paid ones?
Nobody uses anything but Opera or just does not use a Web browser?
The only choice seems to be Opera. But that's a bad choice since it is proxying all requests. Gear S does not connect to the requested site directly. Instead, it connects to Opera servers which act as a proxy server.
Anyone up for writing a usable Web browser or modifying another one?
