Shadowgun - HTC EVO 3D

Shadowgun is out! how well does it work for are evo 3d? any reviews guys?

I have purchased it but need to use Chainfire 3d Pro to play it. I had to scale to 16bit color but still looks awesome. Played for 10 min only since I am at work. The game is awesome. Best graphic yet. I feel like I'm playing an xbox 360 game. The game does require 250mb of sd card space so by the time its done your 15min return window will have expired. And a few times the download stops and you have to redo it again. Maybe its a server thing.

Enable the following:
Reduce texture quality (this ones optional) - This reduce texture to 16 bit color (I disabled it on mine and game ran with better resolution)
Reduce texture size - this downscale textures
Disable MapBuffer emu - may make some games work

Good question. I've already had chainfire on my phone so I didn't try uninstalling it before I tried. But knowing its a Tegra 2 game you most likely will need it.

I'm not sure why when I upload the screen image it gets lighter but on my phone it's darker like the sample videos. But here is a screenshot.

Chainfire has a setting if you use Nvidia plugin you can do a "Fix Market settings" which will trick the Market that you have a Tegra 2 device so the game will show up when you search for it.

Exactly, Chef. He knows exactly how to buy games with Chainfire.
Dude, I understand the problem of posting warez links COMPLETELY.
But trying to "draw people out" into posting links where none exist is juvenile, (it also makes you look silly), and is also basically entrapment.
I use Chainfire AND I buy the games, as sure as a lot of folks around here do.
*Find some other, more productive, way to spend your time on XDA than chasing ghosts with your flashlight.

Okay **** quit being paranoid. geez. I asked b/c I didn't see it in the market and the only place i did find it was on mobilism and obv they didnt buy it form there. lol
they said they bought it and i wanted to know how b/c i didn't see it myself and it obviously was b/c i had never once messed with chainfire3d in depth so i had no clue. Once they said they used chianfire i gave my response and thanks and even said so.

ha no, like i said i had not had the need to mess with chainfire3d really at all ever and had no idea. hence my response back. Mazook and chef r just being paranoid kids.

I think its your SN that scares me lol. Jk. Anyway, did you get it to work? How do you like the game so far? Wish it had more controls like Modern Combat 2. Otherwise not a bad game. I may try hard level to make it more challenging.

Pretty much except the only thing I did was reduce texture size.

There's an update to Shadowgun which some have reported broken graphics (read Market comments) so if you decide to try it make sure you do a backup first. Also it looks like the update requires more data download. I tried it but after it asked me to download more data (says 250mb) I skipped it and restored my old back up of the game. Didn't wanna be stuck with broken downloads like last time or chance ruining my old data.
Does anyone know what this update entails?

I think the only way for me to get Chainfire3D to work for me is to buy it. The free version completely screws up all of my graphics in games.

The update ruined it on both my phone and my tablet which has tegra 2
