I have made a theme for both Streakdroid 2.4.4 and DSC 0.52. Both of these were made from each one's framework-res and systemui apk's so as not to break any customizations the chef's had put into their roms. The theme uses transparency, numerical battery, custom notification icons, and red accenting. I hope you enjoy. Please make a backup of your framework-res.apk (found under /system/framework) and systemui.apk (found under /system/app) in case you don't like my work. If you have the DSC version of the rom, I've done this for you and you can simply flash the stock DSC file provided.
As always, I assume no responsibility. If you find a bug, you get to keep it. If this breaks your phone, you get to keep the pieces.
The 8MB limit prevents me from uploading them here, so here are some external links:

The site is not compatible with your mobile browser...has nothing to do with the themes. You can try to change your browser setting to show up as a desktop pc rather than a phone, use a different browser (I like Dolphin HD), or download from your pc then transfer to your phone.

I'll see if I can work some up tonight. I'll have to rebuild the theme for DSC 0.53 since I've flashed that update since making this post this morning. I can give you a rundown of the settings I used in the UOT Kitchen.
Kalagas animated icons
Digital number style battery bar
Transparency in the pulldown with Bright Silence background. Androidian topbar and notification bar.
Red overglow, red spacer lines, red busy animations and a red glow around popups.
I think the two red codes I used are FF0000 and 850000.
No special fonts or bootanimations.
Nice work. I really like what you did here. Status is no longer so flat. Red highlighting is very cool.

Just thinking, since DSC already is green themed, and you already made the red theme, why not a blue theme too. That might cover all the users needs I guess.
Thank you for your work, keep up mate.

Guys,
Just updated/flashed it . (Going to Recovery Mode, Selecting .zip from sd card and choosing the themes.zip file)
Now, My carrier name is (No service). Is there a way to edit it / Change it ?
Suppose if we want to go back to old theme, do we have an option to change theme (Like Win7/XP)?
Thanks

Made this for myself and thought I would share. Support will be minimal due to time limitations. Unless there is a major problem.
This has been used with CM6.1 on both a Vibrant and Nexus One.
Not responsible if you don't know what you are doing.
Included apk's are:
- Browser.apk
- Contacts.apk
- Phone.apk
- Settings.apk
- mms.apk
- framework-res.apk
All of these are fully themed using the gingerbread files graphics files.
XML edits were also done to make the menus black with white text.
I didn't include the gmail app since it is from the market now. If you want to theme the notification icon, use a morph that is posted in the theme section. Or use ninja morph.
Enjoy!
p.s. must change clock date and notification text colors to match in CyanogenMOD settings (UI tweaks)
Wow booted with no problem. Awesome work... can u boot this on a nexus too or did u modify it from the nexus, for the cm6 for vibrant... its really themed well.
It will work on the nexus as well. Confirmed by my co-worker.
Nice! Maybe I can use other cyanogen mod themes from the nexus forums
Do I load this using morph or CW?
Flash in clockwork recovery
Looks good. Just want to know,
in case I want to go back to the previous theme, what should I do?
Thanks for the work and help.

I just ripped open the framework-res.apk included in this theme and the green bar .png's are indeed there, so not sure what's causing them not to show up.
What weather widget is that? Can I find that somewhere around here?
ok so, there must be some major issues with the network in my area today. I normally get bars and today I haven't gotten any but my data is there, however, very spotty as well. Guess is they're fixing the network or something. The green bars should show up as they have on other 2.3 themes, as the .png's appear to be there in this theme as well. Thanks OP.

So, I'm currently running JL1 Nero Rom, but didn't really like the stock green look. This is simply a morph that changes all the green back to the stock blue look. I also didn't really like the green verticle battery, so I threw in the stock blue battery also.
I've only tested this on Nero, but I'm sure this should work on any 2.2 Roms. (If you currently have an accurate battery, this blue stock battery will not apply correctly.)
I am not responsible for any damage you do to your phone.
To apply:
Download file
Open Metamorph
Apply Theme
The framework-res changes the Status Bar to stock blue and the battery
The twframework-res changes the Notification Pulldown Menu.
Thanks. Enjoy!

Hello JB3.
Running my Defy with your latest Orange-based rom, best rom I have tried so far! Thanks for all your great work!
I also really like the Gingerbread/Honeycomb theme you ship the rom with except one thing, the blue rounded checkboxes in settings.
Are there any way to combine two of your themes? GB/HC theme but with normal square checkboxes as in ASOP theme (maybe black squares with green check marker?)

Hey Jboogie3,
Loving the ROM buddy. I keep trying the rest but always come back to your latest release.
How about a blue gingerbread / honeycomb theme?? there are lots of nice blue wallpapers out there. I would like completely stock icons, but to have a dark blue "glass" style status bar and full colour icons (like the status bar icons PAYS is using on his release).
Can this be done? I'm sure other would appreciate it!

probably not... I was running 351 for a few weeks and jumped to streakdroid 2.0 and then went to 354... 354 to me seems like a much better build it is quicker and the wifi doesn't drop out on it for me.

Make sure you have streakmod installed and use something like root explorer to copy your framework-res.apk and the services.odex files. Save them to your pc.
Then make a duplicate copy of my zip and then rename and drag your two files overwritting mine.. save the zip to your sd card.
Try mine... if it infiboots just flash your modifed version back and you should be good.

I am glad those of you who appreciate the uploads... I am no god, or a hero.. I simply just made some edits which is very very basic to tweak some settings and change some graphics.
what I would like to dabble in is adding more options to the power button menu and somehow incorporate a toggle system on the notification drop down built in to the stock roms like the samsung roms
I just flash this on my streakdroid 1.9.0, it works well excect no animation when battery is charging.
Just flashed it on stock rooted 354 works really good.. am totally digging the blue icons thanks krad you are the man.

I just took a look at some of the pngs in the eclipse .7 SystemUI.apk. I see four shades of cyan in there. Here are the hex values of those.
#329196
#76c5ca
#3fb5bc
#7ee2e7
I used the color picker tool in gimp to select the color. Then if you click on that color on the toolbar it brings up a custom color box and displays the hex value.
i remade the cyan toggles and made a red and green one too. Im Posting it shortly
