[Q] Looping launch animation when trying to connect to wifi - Sony Tablet S

Help!
My Tablet S keeps going to the boot animation when trying to connect to the wifi. It appears that once it can connect to my home router it jumps into the boot animation, which stops the wifi, then the tablet will try to connect again. Upon connection it'll loop back into the boot animation. This just loops over and over again.
Tried turning it off and then back on, no luck. Factory reset works, but it this problem comes back.
Any ideas?

what can be is you have to install something wrong or ideally where you bought it back and give you another of the insurance so that error may be the device

Thats what I thought 2 at first...but a factory reset would've removed any faulty apps. U could try a factory reset from recovery mode tho.
For this, shut down tablet and start it by holding both power and Volume up key. Once in recovery mode navigate with ur Vol. down key to factory reset and select it with the power key.
Hope this helps.

Samsung Apollo nonfixable forever?

Hi everyone. First time poster here. I'm having problems with my Samsung Apollo (i5801). I was at first going to root my phone, but before even getting to there, I was trying to access recovery mode so that I could fix a USB error (USB would not be detected when plugging into PC, only charged). I don't know what ended up happening, but now I am stuck in a rut.
Trying to hold Volume Up + Down, Home, and Powering on leads to the exclamation mark triangle android screen. Pushing the home button after that just leads to a reboot.
Holding Volume Down + Home and powering on leads to a blue "DOWNLOADING DO NOT TURN OFF" screen which I get stuck on.
Holding Volume Up + Home leads to a "Forced upload by key pressing" screen.
My phone still cannot access any boot menu and still cannot connect by USB to my PC.
I have not rooted anything and the firmware was on 2.1 Eclair before this whole thing happened.
Any ideas or suggestions would be grateful. Thank you!
Well seems like you can access Download mode just fine, so how about flashing it?
2 things here
you cant actualy access a boot menu on a stock apollo, you need to flash a firmware to it first
and the reason your pc cant connect to the handset is you most likely dont have the samsung drivers installed

this thread should help plenty same handset, just called something else
hope this helps

[Q] Need help..TP is in infinite boot loop [solved]

I was using the latest TWRP 2.1 and CM9 nightly. When I clicked reboot to recovery, now my TP just keeps blinking TWRP's logo page, like in a loop. Now if I press power and home buttons to restart, it will go to recovery directly and then enter the infinite loop again... Anyone knows how I can fix that
p.s. while it's in the loop, using webOS doctor doesn't seem to be able to detect the device.
webOS doctor will only recognize it when it's in dev mode (the mode with the big usb sign on it). It wont detect anything if you're bootlooping.
You want to go into webos recovery, not cwm
^^ +1
You have to reboot holding the UP button (which you should know if you installed Android). From there either doctor or ACMEUninstall and then reinstall... though I don't think doctoring will be needed if you can do ACMEUninstall.
If you are looking to doctor, make your device restart and then immediately hold the volume up button. This will display a usb symbol and put you in recovery mode. Start the webOS doctor and plug your device in when it asks you to.
Thanks for the help guys!! My TP revived! I forgot about the holding volume_up key feature because flashing android was like years ago

I need some assistance

Hello, I'm new to installing custom ROMs and rooting a galaxy player 5.0. Currently, my Galaxy Player refuses to go on, after I rooted it, and installed a custom ROM. I used the clockwork mod and deleted some data, which I think is the cause of the problem. My galaxy player just goes in a loop whenever it is plugged up into a computer, and when it is not, it won't turn on, nor go into recovery mode. By the slim chance that I actually get it to turn on, if I unplug it from my computer it will automatically shut off. Can I get some help please?
You should try to keep vol down pressed when turning on your device or, if you can't, try holding the vol down in between the loops. If you manage to do that, plug the player to your pc and using odin, flash a stock rom. I had bootloop issues several times during rom changes and I managed to solve them getting the right tempo in between the loops and holding vol up or down to enter cwm mode or download mode.
try leaving it plugged in for a while, if its shutting off as soon as its unplugged the battery may be drained, after giving it time to charge do as the previous post mentioned and press power and volume down to try to get it into download mode from there you can reflash back to STOCK then on reboot go into recovery with the Volume up power button method and clear cache and wipe data/factory reset, you will lose any apps you have but should be able to get the device to reboot to factory and start over again from there.

Archos 70IT Bootloop/Frozen

Good Day,
I have an Archos70IT that i had not used in a while, It was working OK, I went ahead and reset everything to factory and it booted OK, I installed applings and Gapps and still worked OK then suddenly it froze, I used the power button to reset and after that I get a boot loop with the Archos Entertainment your way splashscreen and then after a couple of seconds blank screen and almost immediately the same splashscreen.
This is what I have tried/found out so far:
- Tried to boot the recovery console by resetting (Hold Power for 10 sec), waited a minute, tried to boot with Power and Volume Down (-) pressed and I only get a static splashscreen and it stays like that until I reset again.
- Let the battery die by leaving the splashscreen bootloop all night, connected to power and after a couple of days tried again with the same result.
- Have tried resetting and connecting to USB nothing detected by the computer, at this step have tried resetting, holding power + volume up and down and no luck, same result.
So I have no idea on what else to do, I think I screwed up by not updating the firmware before installing apps after the whole factory reset.

HELP! Blue Wave 8 33GT tablet stuck in recovery mode with "No command" message

HELP! Blue Wave 8 33GT tablet stuck in recovery mode with "No command" message
I got my Blue Wave 8 33GT (not HD+) tablet completely bricked. First of all, I know this is not really a popular device and some of you might not have a single knowledge about this one, but I hope in any way you might help me get this device working again. Thank you in advance!
Some info about this device:
Bluewave's website: Wave 8
Android OS version: 4.4 KitKat
Device processor: Rockchip-based (RK31)
What just happened? It suddenly reboots while I'm playing and gone into recovery mode with an Android and a "No command." message. Now it won't boot the system anymore whenever I reboot, it always going into this recovery mode.
It has no volume buttons, just a reset, a hard back button and power button. Holding down the power and back button goes into the recovery mode directly. Through normal boot, it flashes the Bluewave logo twice then goes into the recovery. While the reset button immediately turn the device off. There's nothing else I can think of that I can do in this case.
My laptop can recognize it as an ADB Device in recovery mode and I think I may be able to flash it via Rockchip BatchTool, but the instructions I've read states that the device should be up and with a USB debugging enabled which I am not currently able to do in recovery mode. Device is rooted and working totally fine until this happened.
Anyone got into this kind of problem and able to go through it? Please, any help is greatly appreciated.
P.S
Just let me know if there are any additional info I could give you.

Hey! Thanks for your reply and time.
I tried every combination of either of the two keys but there is no such recovery menu showing up, and I am pretty sure that this device doesn't have a built-in recovery for factory reset.
If only I could go to its download mode stuff to be able to flash the firmware...

"Long press the power button to restart the device. If restarting fails, hard reset the tablet by poking the Reset hole using a pin. " it is from FAQ
maybe this could help.
1. Press the power button to get the option menu for
Power off
Reboot
Silence phone option.
2. on that menu you have to hold down that power off option on your touch screen while also holding down the home push button on the side of your tablet.
3. This brings up a screen to reboot into safe mode..(these are the 3 steps the company does not tell you that is why no one gets it to work.
4. HIt yes for safe mode and then hold down your power and home buttons on side of tablet till the dopo Logo appears.
5. Release both buttons and hit the power button one time and then hold only the home button down till a menu option appears.
6. Use the home button to move down to factory reset and press the power button to select. Once it says complete then use the power button to select reboot.
Problem solved. Hope this will help everyone out.
The only way is to remove the battery, attached again the battery then power it on their is no hard reset on blue wave the go to settings factory reset
