sorry for my bad english at first...
Is there any possibility to turn off the Softkey backlight of the xperia active? (home, back and menu buttons).
Why I'm asking... there is a hardware issue, that the softkey backlight glow into the display from the bottom right corner. Its recognizable in dark rooms with active softkey and dark background.

Hi guys, i've just brought a HTCs740, and i dont know if this question has been covered, but just needed help with a small issue im experiancing. Don't think you can do it by an app, but cover the light sensor (just above the screen) with something
You need to turn off automatic brightness regulation.
my thermal key just remain silver color and i cant really see it in dark place
some body can help me?
I'm afraid I don't understand what you mean by 'thermal key'. What is this?
I think he means the center button of the ray, the home key.

The menu and back key on xperia Ray can't light up. They have no leds in there, a little letdown from SE. You will get used to it after a while though, even when it's dark. I did
Back, Home and Menu keys are backlighted. In stock GB they light, but after flash to CM9, light stopped.
Since I bought my Atrix, the lights of the buttons are like on the image below: back and search are fully dark. On full brightness, is OK (but menu and home is always a little brighter)
Is it normal? Until today I did not mind because the button work OK and I don't want to send to assistance only for that.
Does anyone know what can be? At my research, I found that the backlight of buttons is the same as the screen , right?

Nope, not at all. Those are two backlights controlled separately.
No idea what's going on with yours. As far as I know, soft buttons are backlit with a few white LED-s, I guess some of yours are just giving out.
Mines the same on CM10.

Hi, i just bought this phone yesterday and after set up i noticed two things;
1. The screen color looks dull, like its on reading mode when its not. Yellow, red and green look dull.
2. While typing i have to press the keys or double tap sometimes.
Pls anyone have these issues? Any fix?

No such issues. Screen is very good for me, and for reviewers. You can change color in display settings.
Found the culprit for the Screen color to be Color Correction.
The touch issues are yet to show up on the latest software update
