Just received this battery from eBay and charged it up fully without any boot loop issues. I will keep testing and bring you all the results, but so far I have about 9hrs on the battery and I have download a few large files, played a few games such as Words with Friends, some talking and web browsing. I kept sync on as well and its down to about 75%. For $8.99 it may be worth it....
I will be doing a comparison on this battery pack, the Droidax Power Pack, and the Powerskin within the next day or so. I'm just waiting to receive the Powerskin which I should have on Thursday.
Battery Pack:

I also just ordered this to go with the battery pack...I'll let you know what it's like once I receive it.

I just got the case in the mail and it looks great. The cut outs are perfect and the fit is awesome. I paid like 8.99 for it. Between the case and the battery I spent about $18 and now I'm set. I now have the juice and protection I was accustomed to with my iphone4 and mophie case and for a fraction of the cost for a droidax or power skin case.
Does the back plate fit on perfect or is there a gap on the top right corner like the gtmax from amazon ?

I'm sure that these are the GT Max batteries. I ordered a GT Max battery and it looks exactly identical to the battery listed by the OP.
Thanks a lot, we look forward to the review & comparisons!
One big relief is that the case fits without any problems, because the GTMax (which also fits without any problems) has been sold out on Amazon for some time.
thank you. i just ordered one and will report back as soon as i get it. now to find a case that has an open back...
Update:
So far I'm very impressed with my 3500mAh extended battery. Its performing great. I'm charging it for the third time since I got it and have had no problems with boot loops or anything else. Its been lasting 2 full days with moderate to heavy usage.
Got pic yet?
just bought one, hopefully this one is good. i've seen some bad reviews of other 3500 batteries... in terms of performance but you seem to be holding it up well.
i'm suspecting that we should do a full-charge up when we receive them from a complete turned-off position in order to not cause any battery issues. just my 2 cents on that.
i'm excited to try out uNamed rom with extended battery. must be epic usage.

Nope it does not have the NFC in it...
I just got this same extended battery in the mail today from the same ebay seller as the OP.
First take:
- The case snaps on perfectly, just takes a little more force at the top almost to the point where I thought that no way it's gonna snap closed and that they sent me the wrong case, but it did, so no issues here.
- The finish on the battery door is very nice, matches the phone perfectly. Additional weight is nominal and the ergonomics of holding the phone are enhanced. Thinness, obviously, is sacrificed.
- Battery came with 40% charge. Charged it up and though I didn't track how long it took (maybe 2 hrs), it got up to 95% really quickly--perhaps even quicker than the stock battery which is a little alarming as bigger batteries take longer to charge, all other things held equal.

Just a quick note for all of you. If you look at the ebay listing, you will notice that the seller has a "Make Offer" option. I gave it a try and made an offer. He/she accepted it. Give it a try...."FYI: I am not going to post what they accepted my offer at."
Heavy usage day report
I had my first full day of usage yesterday and would like to report the stats. For starters, running stock rom, not rooted, 2 push email accounts, 50% brightness. I normally get about 3 hrs of display time on the stock battery and depending on whatever else I have going on, that could last me anywhere from 11-18 hrs in a given day. Yesterday was a great day to test because it was a day of truly heavy usage:
- 14 hr 20 min total battery life (from 100% to 5%)
- 3 hr 42 min display time on
- 2 hr 18 min phone calls
Well how does that compare to a 'heavy usage' day with the stock battery? I would probably get about ~11 hrs or so at most with the stock battery on a heavy usage day so I'm looking at perhaps a 3.5hr increase. But the most important metric is the screen time, which I usually max out at 3 hrs with the stock battery. So that is about a 45 min increase which is an additional 25% of screen time. I think I could have hit 4 and beyond easily if it wasn't for the 2+ hrs of phone calls, but it was a busy day!
Did I have higher, MUCH higher hopes for this battery? Yes, definitely. BUT it is too early to judge most likely, I hope to see some improvements with a few more charge cycles and hope to get the battery life that Rodger (igadgetgeek on youtube) was getting.
Bought one of these batteries. Shipping speed was actually decent.
Now onto the 3 F's
Fit / Form / Function
Fit: Battery fits just fine. Case fits very well....but there is a slight lip on the top left side.
Form: The feel of the phone is definitely different, but it's not bad.
Function: Definitely not 3500mAh, but for $9, I can't complain. Battery does seem to last much longer. I will post more on this when I've had more time with the battery.

Wow... that sucks.
I bought mine off Amazon for 12.99, and it was a US seller (I will have to look up the details).
I traveled for Thanksgiving and forgot my charger, but the phone lasted 3 days with 4.5 hours of display time. I always keep sync and data on, etc.
I was on UnNamed at the time.
Here is the seller I used:
http://www.amazon.com/GTMax-Capacit...5A84/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1322755399&sr=8-1
extended battery results so far
Got my battery and case (from eBay, as in first post in this thread), no boot loop, back fits fine. On third day of battery logging, so far lifetime seems only slightly better than my stock battery. On unNamed ROM 1.3.0, using about 2.5-3% of battery per hour for light to moderate use. On stock battery was also using about 3% per hour [although those test were only for pretty light use]. So far extended battery appears to be less than twice the capacity... but given the price not to bad.
Has anyone found a post about this battery damaging a phone? I'm tempted to try it, but I'm a little nervous about it damaging my phone.

For everyone with Batterylife complaints here are 3 options for you. NEW Updated Post.
Battery Adaptor Pro:
http://www.boxwave.com/products/batteryadapter/index.htm
This is by far the best option in my opinion for battery life problems. This little device about the size of the hermes, a little wider and very sleek / feels good in your hands. Its only $22.50 and worth every penny! What the device does is take AA batteries (4) and recharge your device via the USB cable. You can use the phone while its recharging too! What makes this device even more great is that is uses batteries, not its own rechargable battery, so on a long flights or long road trips or whatever the case may be, all you have to do is stock up on AA's and your good to go! It also comes with a flash light, VERY BRIGHT LED's for dark situations, although random, it comes in handy alot in dark situations trying to find your way to something or trying to hook the USB cable in. It recharges the Hermes about 6 times in my personal expirience with Duracell batteries. But get this! The best thing that makes this device worth every penny is that its compatible with ANYTHING that supports USB charging. This includes all other phones, Ipods, Personal video players, MP3 Players, Cameras you name it! Its great for keeping all your devices with battery power on any trip you go on especially if you travel alot. I no longer have to worry about battery life anymore with this thing. Its very small and easily can go in a pocket or a pouch in your backpack. No longer do you have to suffer with BIG bulky batteries to keep you going through the day/days. I highly recommend this unit and give it a 10/10!
You can Get an Extended battery 3000MAH from:
http://www.lionbattery.com/description.php?noproduit=477
Although very bulky the battery life boost is amazing. My friend has this phone (I don't have one yet, i just sold my 8125) and I have indeed tested it for myself. The battery will last you 10 hours before it hits 80% battery life. With these ten hours I was able to web browse, text message, use agile messanger, playing Doom 3D, Warcraft II, Sim City, Play music at 45% volume. at 60% batterylife I it had been over 25 hours already. With you constantly using 3G, push email and such Id probably say you can get a minimum of 35 hours of battery life with this battery. If you are not so hardcore You probably will get over 50 hours of battery life with this battery. The only cons I have to this battery are the size. its a great investment if you are one of those people always going on bussiness trips and such. You can charge both your stock battery and This battery and use the stock until it runs out then pull out the heavy duty. I highly recommend this battery. This battery comes with a cover for the 8525 too. 9/10
For all those who can't stand the size of this battery there is hope for you.
http://www.seidioonline.com/index.as...ROD&ProdID=333
The stock battery for the 8525 is 1350 mAh, and this one is 1500 mAh, this battery won't improve your battery situations much at all but it is cheaper than the option of buying one from HTC or cingular. You can get both the stock battery and this one and have them both charged to last you however long you need. Although a tight fit it still fits in the battery comparment and works with the 8525. 8/10
I hope this helps some of your frustrations with battery life with this phone.

Pity about the thickness, but the sheer capacity makes one think twice... More than double the normal mah...
I just ordered the 3000mAh battery from lion's website - I'm getting low battery warnings towards the end of the day. I'll let you know how it works out!
lemme know how it is
Well, it's supposed to arrive today - I can't wait! My phone died before I made it home yesterday - very irritating!
Has anyone tried one of those 1500mh batteries? I don;'t want the extended one because my brodit mount will become useless and and just suxs. Anyone have an opinion?

Yey!
Well, I got my Lion 300mAh battery and I have to say I'm pleased overall! I'm still breaking it in but so far it has lasted a complete day with Wi-Fi on and a hour worth of movie watching. It came very nicely packaged from the company - it also has a 6 month warranty according to the paperwork. The battery is approx. twice as big as the OEM battery. My biggest complaint is the battery door doesn't fit quite as snug as the original... near the camera it has a chamfered edge instead of the rounded edge on the OEM door. Also, there is slightly more clearance to the left and right than the other door. After a week when the battery is broke in, I'll give a proper update on battery life (Lion recommends 5 complete charge/discharge cycles for maximum capacity). I have several pictures of it, but I can't figure out how to post them here ><
Im very glad the battery worked out for you lacroixdp . Yeah the non HTC made battery covers wont fit on the battery as much as it should but enough to get the job done. I'm glad the battery last as long as it does expecially with all that Wifi usage.
4 u slimsaturn the 1500 battery, there is no difference to be seen, its just a cheaper alternative to having 2 batteries to switch between on those long bussiness trips, for improving battery life however, u will not see a difference.
There was some talk of a 2000mAh battery for the hermes that wsa the size of the original one. I think it was supposed to be from lion battery as well. Anyone have any news on this?
Well after a few days following their recommendation on the complete charge/discharge cycle, I can safely say it is an excellent battery! At the end of work, I'm at 80% charge still. With the same usage before, it was always between 30 and 20 giving me low battery warnings. I DEFINITELY recommend the 3000!
I got one off ebay 3400MAH I hope its better or good.
I thought about that one but decided to stick with lionbattery.com and Mugen since they have a solid reputation for batteries. Plus I have a 6 month warranty to use if I ever need to.

I've had the 1500 battery for about a week. I cannot tell any difference between this one and the stock batter but for the fact that I have to use scotch tape to keep the back on. I used the Lion battery on my i730, but hated the size. I am ready to deal with the size due to the fact that I cannot deal with the shortness of battery life.

I Second the good rating of the 3000mAh Mugen Power Battery.
I bought it for my HTC TyTN from the Netherlands and alhough it bulges to double the size of the standard battery from the back plate - I like it though; gives me better grip on the slippery phone! - it gives me looong life compared to the standard issue (1350 mAh).
As noted earlier, along the sides the extended back plate does not fit 100% snugly, with a (very) minute gap on both sides. But not enough for the back plate to come loose though. Plus the edges (the rubber stopper at back - the antennae socket) is not smoothly cambered. Nothing a nail file couldn't fix though.
Great battery Mugen Power!
Haha that's even better I emailed in about the door and 15 minutes later I got a reply and a tracking number for a new door - excellent service! You've definitely earned a repeat customer! Are you coming out with an extended battery for the Treo 750 soon?

Hi,
I have about 3 months with my TyTN and I can see that battery life has been reduced. Battery duration is decreased and charge time I guess that is reduced too. Is there a known battery calibration problem or this is a normal behaviour for a 3 months old battery???
Regards,
Taguapire.
Because I am on holiday I had a chance to do a controlled test of the battery. I charged the standard battery, turned on the phone and made one call a day to just make sure its still working. I also forced the band into gsm only. My battery lasted 7 days from full to flat. I then did the same thing being only in umts and I got 3 days only. The test is controlled because I did not physically move the device at all in that time, so signal strength and tower searching would be kept constant.
I think that is pretty clear the 3g is the killer. The dopod 838 pro lasted longer than my magician would have under the same sircumstances.
Have just bought an Hero 3000mAh battery and larger cover for £14.99 uk (free postage too) for a test. Will report back as to performance since it has just arrived and am in process of charging.
Only downside so far is thicker cover is black, but that is puerly a cosmetic factor and doesn't bother me too much. Am hoping that this will give me better than a days charge with Android 2.1 ROMs.
Am not sure that I can post where I bought the battery from on the Forum as this could be considered spamming. Could someone clarify if I am able to give the link.
I have just purchased one as well after seeing this post, Will hopefully be ok.
Initial impressions of the battery seem to be positive (pun intended). Had a slight worry when battery indicator dropped a single bar within an hour, 20 hours later and indicator is still sat at one bar from full.
Am still on my first charge and expect the battery to reach it's full potential (another pun) after a couple of charges. So far am very pleased with value of this battery and the charge it holds.
Could you maybe post some pics on how thick your hero is with the new battery
does a 3000Ma battery can do a damage to the phone?
if it doesn't, why everyone dont buy it?
Bit difficult for me to take photos at the moment, my camera is mounted up for my work and takes ages to set back up. The battery cover adds about 6mm to the depth of the phone in an area equal to the size of the battery. I actually have big hands and find it more comfortable to hold than the standard cover.

3000mAh is the capacity of the battery it should run for longer, not the voltage supplied so no damage should occur. The problem comes with quality control on aftermarket batteries, they can be of lower capacity than a standard battery, despite claims of a higher capacity.
There have also been cases of aftermarket batteries overheating and expoding, it is rare but can happen. I bought the battery as an experiment to see if it lived up to the claims and am prepared to take the small risk of serious hazards with the battery. In the end it's down to paying for a name and strict quality control, Kellogs Cornflakes or Unbranded Breakfast Crunchies.
The large capacity battery's make your phone fat and ugly
I rather work with 20 hours of total battery life with a beautiful piece of kit, then to run 40 hours with an ugly 80's looking fatso.

One thing I have noticed about charging this battery, is that the indicator will show battery as fully charged. I found that giving an extra hour after fully charged is shown will give a much better charge. So far the battery will give a good 36Hrs with Wifi continually on, haven't tried it with WiFi off for a long period, so far about 12hrs and it is still showing fully charged.
Thanks 13...
this was really helpful... i will go ahead and buy one
Has this battery worked good for you guys? No problems? I kind of need a bigger battery for the times I'm doing jobtravels etc. Earlier experiences in non original batteries are both good and bad. Bought a battery for my HTC Diamond, and the phone got fried. Don't wanna experience that again (even though my job buys me new phones when I need one)...
Just wanted to know you my experiences.
I have a 2600 mAh extended battery and my running time of the phone with enabled WiFi and Nimbuzz is about 48 hours. Without WiFi, pure Standby, is about 85-90 hours.
You need at least 10-15 recharge cycles to get the full capacity out from the battery.

Sounds great. I might have to try one of these batteries. What battery did you buy?
I bought one of this too, off Ebay. Although the phone is a bit uglier and slightly heavier, the battery seems to last between 2 and 3 times as long. I gotta say it's totally been worth it. The extra size isn't that noticable either...most people look at the front, right?
Well i bought one and i rly dont like it.
Its almost a half centimeter bigger and allot heavier.
So be ware the phone does get ugly but you do get more battery power.
Tbh i rather recharge my phone everyday then make it so ugly
I've just ordered this battery.
Can any one give some real numbers? For example how long will it last with 3g network active. I bought this one for outdoor activities when I can't recharge for a few days and I would like to know how many days I can depend on it.
Thanks!
I rooted my phone and tweaked the crap out of it.
Runs 48 hours with standard battery now.
No need for fat and ugly
I have this battery + cover too.
Because it's bigger, I find it easier to press the hardware buttons on the bottom of the front of the Hero. THe only drawback is the total volume in your pocket, but that's just a minor point.
Also, flashing Modaco's 3.1 Rom and the newest RADIO Rom, the phone lasts for about 6-7 days with normal use (wifi/3g on when i need it, some regular phonecalls/texts)
Hi all,
at the moment, my hero sprint (I think this is the proper name) is running on the factory 1350mAh battery. I am pretty content, but I am reading about 1800mAh batteries that should live a lot longer! But on the batteryboss.org I see most are just rip-offs.
Whats the battery of your choice? What are your results and: where did you order it?
I am more than open for all advice about this subject, as long as the battery fits in the stock opening. I do not want my hero to become any bigger than is is
htcheroblog.com/2010/02/14/mugen-power-1550mah-3200mah-htc-hero-battery-review/
Read the five pages and it should give you an idea as to which battery (if any) you want.
Unless your away from your charger for more than one night then the standard htc battery should be sufficient, although I personally have the huuuuge 3200mAh battery which is amazing and lasted over 40 hours for me even with wireless and gps pretty much constantly on. Hope that helped

I also have a 3200 mAh battery and its lasted 14 days on minimal use! That's how good the Hero can be! I use the stock Battery for day to day use though as I get 2 days out of it usually.
I use 2200mAh purchased from Clove uk (part number is HTC-BATEHEROW-B15).
My battery goes down to 60-70% after a day use, WiFi on all time and quite a lot of calls.
It used to go down to 20-30% with the orginal battery.
The real good thing is that the phone has now taken an extra 5mm of thickness and this extra bit makes it much much easier to hold on my hands.
The cover color is real white and does not match the white Hero color, no big deal.

I dont expect many will have a much higher capacity worth buying if you dont want to add depth to the phone soory
If anyone is interested the Clove batteries (2200mAh) are only £7ish delivered to the UK now!
It may be a pricing error? no idea, either way Ive ordered!
Only available in white though... but almost twice the power for less than a 10er! Im in!
(I will probably cover the back cover in stickers anyway... its what all the Apple people do so its easily acceptable for a Android user to do it lol)
I also bought one And thank god i ahve a white hero
i bought one too...
Well my order just got cancelled by them because apparently they arnt in stock (even though they have been on the site listed as 'in stock' for the past few days) and they have removed the item from the site!

I have a 3200 mAh battery somewhere. But I really don't like the bulky back. When using Froyo, I had to use it as my phone wouldn't survive 12 hours with the stock battery. Now, running Gingerbread, a 1500 mAh battery I bought from DealExtreme for 5 USD lasts about 20 hours normale use.

There's 3200 mAh, 2200 mAh, 1550 mAh, and the stock 1350 mAh batteries.
I have the 2200 mAh version.
Its only $13.75 USD and is smaller than the 3200 mAh version.
It comes with the back case and lasts almost twice as long as the stock battery.
I wouldn't spend +$79 on just a battery. I'd rather buy 2 2200 mAh batteries. Cheaper and easier to carry.
Took the plunge and bought the 1900 slim battery for the vigor . First impressions are it is definitely lasting longer than the stock slim battery. I will take a couple days to test and make sure it is not a placebo effect.
Are you refering to this battery?

Yep it looks slim, fits inside and doesnt require extra backdoor cover.
Concerning the performace please post your test results, i am pretty curious, but at the same time very confident, Mugen is a good brand.

I will post results tomorrow...
I bought the mugen extended battery for the thunderbolt. It definitely did last longer then the OEM one but, when the rezound came out I bought a extra battery and that one lasted MUCH longer on the thunderbolt. That mugen battery didn't work right on the rezound so I didn't need it when I sold the rezound. I bought an oem extended battery for my rezound and I love it.

just got this battery today im a heavy user, ill post results next week
Im interested in seeing the results, I have been thinking of getting a larger battery, but did not want the larger cover and the bulk that comes with it
Still waiting to hear real results, plus how the temperature is.
Also looking forward to the results.
I am too. I would get one if it was actually better than stock.
I believe in the past the problem with third party batteries was the not the initial performance but the extremely short life span of the battery. Over time batteries will gradually loose their ability to hold a charge. So buyer beware, these batteries may be great for the first month or two then significantly drop off.
Good luck
anyone have this battery for a decent amount of time? I am all for just a little more battery, without the bulk of the extended.
How does it work!?!?
My Results!
Here are my results from today. I've had the battery since Monday, so I gave it few days before doing this. At the rate I used it today (Texts, Calls, 4G Use), it would have been dead by the 5 hour mark. Also, 111 is the lowest my phone has ever been when using Wireless Tether. I still text a lot while it's doing that too, and it's always at 120 or slightly above, so that seems to be an improvement as well.
initial impressions
Street putting it through is paces it sends like I am getting about 2 to 3 hours extra life compared to the 1620 battery...I have had it since Monday.
Just got mine last night, initial impression is that it lasts a few hours longer. I was at about 40% at 5 hours 30 mins, at which time I was usually at around 25-20%

Mine said the same thing, but running it through some tests, it definitely last longer than the stock battery.
I am getting about 7-8 hours of normal use out of this battery, which is a few hours longer than the stock. One thing to note, however, and I'm not sure why, but last night I let it get down to the 15% warning and at 10% it just died and wouldn't turn back on. Charged up and we're fine now, so I'm not sure what happened.

Well I can't officially say this battery is noticeably better than the stock. I am getting a solid 3 to 4 hours better battery life. I have had it for a week now and the placebo effect is gone.

3-4 better is pretty good.
I wish someone would do a video rundown test in airplane mode.

You have to calibrate your battery before you'll really see it's full potential.
After holding off forever on my launch day evo3d and getting sick of having to charge my phone at work and potentially missing a call from the wife in an emergency I decided to buy an anker battery. Holy cow. My tired nearly 2 year old battery was definitely worn. Before I'd get around 1 hour and 45 mins of screen on before I'd have to charge. I'm currently at 1 hour 12 minutes and have 71 percent left. Earlier today I stressed it and got to 2 hours 46 minutes screen on and was at 51 percent. Definite improvement. When ICS first came to our phones I noticed a big improvement over battery life and I've strived to get that back changing ROMs kernels etc. Finally bit the bullet and got a new battery.
Point is: if you are getting poor battery life and you have over a year old battery get a new one. I don't trust most batteries listed but this anker is good in my book. I will keep this thread updated for a while. Once I upgrade this phone will be my 3 year olds phone for playing bowling and other little things that stimulate his growing mind.
Well. Running latest dastin cm10.1 with buttered toast 16.4 at 1188 max iland xondemand I'm getting around 2 hours 50 minutes screen on. Usually around 30 percent at that point. Trying not to drain this battery completely. Either way, happy as hell with my phone battery life now.
Well my phone isn't over 1 year old but I feel the need to have atleast a second battery as a backup for LOOONG trips etc.
Since I tried the bulky battery packs from some friends and I found them terribly unpractical despite what the internet has to say about them, I would only but a battery that fits the stock case but offers bigger capacity than the one that comes from and it won't be a battery that is so bad quality that it's performance will drop in like one week, so I was considering Anker. My question is, is there any -PROVEN- to be better (capacity and quality wise) than Anker even if you have to forget completely the price? I'd be happy to spend a little more on a larger capacity battery that is good quality as far as it fits the stock casing.

Mugen Power batteries are usually considered the premium solution for cell phones and this one that fits the Evo 3D with the stock cover claims to have a little more capacity than the Anker model. I don't have either so I can't really give you any feedback on that, but for $46 on Amazon I think I'd rather go with the Anker two pack and charger for $30 on Amazon or the EC Technology equivalent for $18 on Amazon and pocket the change.
Edit: Here's a review of the Mugen Power battery by an Evo 3D user.

Thanx, this was exactly what I was thinking. Also since the battery is not tested I don't want to do experiemnts with my money for just 50mAh...
I've recently purchased a MugenPower 1950mAh battery for my Evo 3D. I's supposed to be delivered some day in April. I will post the results of the usage as soon as I get it. One thing must be said, it's not a cheap battery. But I just want to forget battery issues on my Evo and enjoy a whole day playing with it!
I've this on (the anker).
I would say it's quite the same perfomance as the original battery.
I got a pack of two vor 10€. Awesome price in my opinion.

Where did you get it so cheap? Send me PM please.
Also looking for replacement battery, as right now I charge 2-3 times a day on the stock 2 yr old batt.. curious about Mugen Batt, but anker seems tested and proven.. for $30 you get 2 batt with charger at amazon.. Hope the Mugen users out there comment about it before i can order the anker for comparison.
Using Ballistic cases, so bulky batt aint no option..
I've been using the Anker 1900 for a 1 1/2 months and it's excellent. I'm running DU 4.2.2 ROM with Mirage kernel. Speeds are set at 384/1188. The stock battery after 2 years would be darn near dead half way through the day with moderate use. This Anker lasts me the entire day with the same usage. I'm on twitter, web, calls, texting, taking pictures, and game here and there. There's been many nights when I plug it in with 30% or so left. I'll take a look tonight and get times, etc and post back.
I got my Anker yesterday evening. 8 AM this morning, i took my phone off charger and 12 hours later I'm on 48%. I'd say my use is moderate. Wifi is always on, mobile network on, lots of calls and some internet browsing. Pretty good for first charge. Oh, and my CPU is OCed to 1836MHz. Guys at Anker really know what they're doing
14 hours on battery with 3.5 hours screen on and still 28% to go
Don't know if anyone's here been using RavPower. I have heard quite a few times these days. Checked on their amazon store and find that their price is cheaper than Anker, what about the quality?
I just picked up the Anker battery for $17 on Amazon. Although capacity rating isn't much higher than stock I find that it definitely holds a charge longer and the drop off isn't nearly as fast. I'm on stock rom with MiRaGe kernel and a light user so I already get good battery life. But for the occasional trip I found that I can't get through the day on a full charge. So the anker give me some improvement without added bulk of a high capacity battery and for the few times I need it I now use the stock battery as a backup. At this price I would recommend picking one up.
In my opinion Thema Anker battery is Worth every Euro, just because does a way better Job than The Stock htc battery. Maybe it was just because my evo is a Bit old, but i Had to Charge it every 8 hours with Stock Rom which should have one of the best battery life. With my Anker its about 20-24 hours with regular usage

I use my phone a lot, sms and facebook.
And I can't really get through a whole day. 10hour, even 4 if me and my gf have a lot of time.
Will this have any improvements on me or just 1hour+ ?
And what about this:

DOnt mind giving 10$ if it will work for atleast a year or maybe half.
