A cyanogenmod 7 rom would have it
FXP CM7.2 would be your best bet

Would it be too much hassle for you to post your Framework-res.apk and SystemUI.apk?
If you know how to use ADB:
adb pull /system/framework/framework-res.apk
adb pull /system/app/SystemUI.apk
If you don't know how to use ADB, don't worry about it.

However seems like there is an issue whit the links when i click on the app drawer link shows me the app drawer icon but no download and second link takes me to a blank page :/

But you could ask a moder there if they could make one, or you could goto uot kitchen and try to make one for yourself

OK, sorry about that...but i think someone could make the theme...you dont get if you dont ask, but the theme section is the place to ask

Go to that site and you can easily edit and make your own theme.
Maybe this will help to novice in theming.

You can get jb lockscreen with holo locker which is loads better

You'd have to decompile both frameworks, do a bit of a switcheroo on the drawables and recompile it with apktool.
