[Q] RAM optimization scripts - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

Hello!
I'm using Samsung Galaxy Ace (custom rom SanGingerAce Lite) and my question is about the V6 supercharger and ram script version 4 (GadgetCheck) which are included in the rom. I flashed the rom and now I'm wondering if I have to enable this script in any way or is it already working just by flashing the rom?
Can you explain how these scripts work? When the script starts killing apps, how much ram does it clear and so, becouse I recently found out that it is not recommended to kill all apps yourself with taks killer.
And final question, can I flash the allinone script on SanGingerAce rom and should it? Will it boost performence? Or which script is best for Galaxy Ace? Becouse lack of ram (278mb) is one of few flaws of this phone.
A lot of questions, I know, but I would be greatful if someone could answer any of there.
Thank you very much.

The script works in freeing up ram to make your phone smoother and faster. You don't have to enable it because as soon as you flash it, it starts working. I'm not really sure how it works. but yes, I'd say Allinone works on all roms since its specially made for Ace.

[Q] RAM optimization script question

Hello! I would post this question in the SanGingerAce Lite custom rom thread but I'm not allowed to post there becouse I'm kinda new to the forum.

[Q]Tweaks

I searched on Pandemic`s rollup and i found there some tweaks , but that`s all ?
Really want to run this ICS Smoothly, dont say about v6 supercharger because i can`t get it work..
Remove all bloatwares and unwanted crap from your rom. Install a kernel that can handle your RAM well. Choose the right governor, you are set. I do not know your version of phone and other details.
install Setcpu, use NQ Booster and rebbot pro...

[Q]Supercharger for Samsung galaxy s2?

Hello forum members!
So...I tried to install supercharger to my phone(samsung galaxy sII) from the original thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=991276 I didn't understand a thing! so I searched for a tutorial on the forum.I find one with pictures but it wasn't for ics. Then I've found one to youtube but it was in dutch,..pffff too much hassle. So 1 st I want to ask if it is something that can really improve the device and if it is can anyone do a tutorial for samsung galaxy s2 or way better a video tutorial in simple english with simple steps...1 do that,2 do the other,3 dowload that and put it there etc etc, with the new updates only of supercharger and noobieness friendly? (btw I searched for supercharger thing at samsung galaxy sII threads and it had nothing.Only for samsung galaxy sII g.)
Thanks anyway.
Follow this guide, it also works for i9100. Remember that you must have busybox installed.
Tried several times to increase performance with Supercharger but with performance comes inconvenience (such as impossibility to switch beetween processes without data loss, etc.) =) You have to exactly know what which parameters is the best for your usage otherwise you wont see effect especially if ROM that you installed was already tuned.

I see...well for now I am at 50% supercharged and I didn't noticed anything exciting to be honest.I can see through Android Assistant(a vesy usefull program that shows you interesting stuff about ram, rom, battery and also startup manager) that Ram is always up to 400.It was like that before I was 50% supercharged tho,so I don't know what to do...
Btw I know that the ROM I'm using is not already tuned(Sensation 3.5)

[Q] seeder 2.0 Android 4.3 e kernel boeffla...something wrong..

Hi guys, i have this question, someone is using boeffla kernel test with android 4.3 stock rom and is using seeder 2.0 too? If the answer is yes, do you have bootloop, restart, after some days of use ? I don't have any problem without seeder but with seeder my s3 after some day, from a fresh istall, start to bootloop random, and i don't think is a fault of the test kernel, because with another tool to change entropy level, entropy fixer, i have the same result but much quicker! So someone can confirm this thing ?

wich ROM?

hello,
i searching for a stable Rom for a friend for the galaxy ace.... he is a absoute noob and his phone is very slow.... wich Rom should i use?
thanks for the answers!
@made-in-tirol, Ace GT-S5830i/C/M/39i known as Cooperve device, comes with the official version 2.3.6 (Gingerbread) which, can be rooted and be optimized into perfection without any serious custom mod installation for person who has no need of tinkering with his/her device constantly. ( flashing some custom kernel is needed to maintain full performance and battery optimization, if you have problems).
FYI there is no Rom, which labeled as "most stable". However from my experience I encountered fewer bugs; regular flow of updates when I used Touchwiz Resurrected V2. On the contrary though some people prefer CM7 ROMs over any other non cyanogen mod any day
