I dont know if I brick my phone or have a boot loop.
I can access to flash mode
can I go to service? or my warranty does not apply?
Download .46 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=960527
*turn off your phone
*create a .ftf file using flash tool in advanced menu
* plug your USB cable when press "return" button
Wait for finish without errors, or repeat this steps.
Your phone is in boot loop due wrong BB.
Sent from my X10 using XDA App
I did your steps but not work, maybe I create a bad .ftf}
this is my log now

I did this:
1. extract .46 from here http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=960527
2. copy the extracted files to Firmware folder in FlashTool.
3. Go to bundle creation.
4. In selection folder, i dont know what folder use. I use this "FlashTool_0.2.9.1\firmwares\firmware\2.046_baseband" Its correct?
5. Then flash with the new .ftf
Do I need to flash with generic firmware?
Finally, I solve the problem.
I flash with X10a_2.0.A.0.504_Generic and it works.
Thanks
Sorry for my english

when i try to access for adb metods, always have the same problem "permission denied"
your phone stuck in boot loops.
such in flashtool method, u always got permission denied because your phone is connected with USB debugging off.
u should use wootanserver to reflash to stock rom.
it is free and no need "usb debugging on" option.
i also has the same problem like u before,
what i do is just reflash the phone using wootanserver.
and it should works ! idk why it cant recognizes your phone.
This is the log of flashtools:

when i try to flash, copy the firmware in the firmware folder, press flash mode, select the firmware, and click ok. I have the screen whit the 4 steeps:
1. Unplug the device
2. Turn off the device
3. Press the Back button and hold it
4. Plug in the USB cable
I do all of that. Nthing happend, i try with seus, SE PC company repair, Wotanclient, s1tools, etc, none programs take the phone in flash mode.
Of course i turned off the phone, i take away the battery, but nothing work. About the log, i have any questions:
Why recognizes the phone like that, it is normal?
23/024/2012 03:24:33 - INFO - Connected device : E10
Why not show kernel version, and say permission denied?
23/024/2012 03:24:33 - INFO - Android version : 2.3.7 / kernel version : /data/local/tmp/busybox1: permission denied
Why the phone always enter in recovery mode, power on holding or not holding the back botton?
23/024/2012 03:24:33 - INFO - Phone in recovery mode
Thank you all for the help
i dont know how to solve your problem, but i think reflash it will fix your phone.
you dont need to remove battery for flashing, just turn off and hold back button while connecting and phone must be off. can you give me the log after doing that step? is it stuck on waiting xperia device?
and about wrong model detected by flashtool, did you flash correct firmware to your phone?
about permission denied and always in recovery mode i dont know how to solve it. :s
i cant flash, because the phone always stay in recovery mode, never in flash mode, in this phone holding or not holding the back botton its the same, the phone stay in recovery mode
although you connect it when phone is off? flashtool still detected it in recovery mode?
Yes, always, any form detect at the same mode, and stuck in the White letters
did you install custom kernel before?
i think the only solution is flash your phone. try flashing again.
power off your phone, when 4 step screen appear for flashing, hold back button and connect the usb cable, dont turn it on! when led light is green you're in flash mode
i try and not work, even no have none LED, the flashtools put a popup Windows with the instruction with the 4 steeps, the program stuck there, no recognizes the phone en flash mode, i try many things, nothing worked until now

[Q] I have messed up my X10 boot

Hi Forum,
I'm new here and I'm new to updating smartphone software, rooting ect.
I must have been braindead the other day when I tried to load another ROM to the phone because I really messed it up. The phone was loaded with an ulBlDoom ROM using the SD card and xRecovery but without the DooMKernel and now the phone just keeps rebooting, it never gets past the "SONY ERICSSON" logo.
In my panic, I tried installing FlashTool 0.9.11.0 and connect the phone, the phone is found but I cannot flash it, I get this from the log:

Thanks.
Hi again,
I stumpled across the term "bricked" and found that I could restore my phone using Sony Ericsson Update Service (or SEUS for short). Now I just have to read more up on how to install a custom ROM on the phone before messing with it again.

Flashtool 'Can't read a byte value' error

hello guys,
I have been stuck with the following error message below in Flashtool for the last 2 days, trying to install the 5.11 firmware on my E5823.
Weird part is, that it worked once, when I was just moving files around in the firmware folder and reinstalling Flashtool...

07/013/2015 17:13:01 - INFO - Device disconnected
Click to collapse
I tried all tips I found on other treads/forums, but nothing seems to work...
- Restart Flashtool
- Reinstall Flashtool
- Move *.tft files out of firmware folder, remove firmware folder, restart Flashtool, shutdown Flashtool, move files back (this worked only once before!!!)
- Download new firmwares
Getting desperate here, as Im completely stuck now...

Please i think i hard brick my cell :/ help!!
Try reflashing again. If you can enter flashmode it is unlikely that you hardbricked it. Hardbrick = mostly nothing is working (ie leds, vibration etc..)
