Can someone provide me the xperia launcher without wallpaper scrolling? I tried the guide but I am getting FC after installing.

You can only get it on an ace if you use a ICS based ROM, it is possible to get it, just not on a stock ROM

You can get jb lockscreen with holo locker which is loads better

You'd have to decompile both frameworks, do a bit of a switcheroo on the drawables and recompile it with apktool.

What you have given me a link for is a modded touchwiz launcher which only works on original touchwiz launcher on galaxy s3 and it is used to have more icons on the homescreen.
