I am having a problem with SG2 microphone. I searched this forum from top to bottom, trying everything that anyone said. Is there any custom ROM that can solve this problem.
Problem: When i make phone call, everyone complain that they can't hear me! But when I am using Skype call, everything is alright!!
I was on 2.3.4 Gingerbread, then on 2.3.5 finally I am using custom DarkyROM!
PLS help....

Hi,
Just wanted to ask a guick question, when I am using my phone and open any app, turn on bluetooth, gps etc I get a very quiet hum for about a second or two from the external speaker. Has any one experienced this with there galaxy ace?
If not i'll contact samsung and see what they say.
Thanks
This is normal for me

Same here. It's a mix of a very low volume hum and static noise.
It's done that from day one on stock rom and all custom roms i tried so far.
I guess it's hardware related.
Both aces have that.
Thanks for the reply guys good to know me phones ok.

Hey all.
I just got my sgs2 back from samsung because the mainboard was screwed.
I got it back for a week now, and the problem is. Sometimes when I turn on my wifi. The wifi wont turn on. But the button says its turning on. I cant turn it off than. After a while my phone just reboots.
Is this a known bug in 4.0.3?
Its very annoying. Can someone help me?
Kind regards

same problem here,,,does anybody have a solution for this??
Take a look in my thread, we might be having the same problem, read all the posts and try the different fixes and maybe one of them will work for you.
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1796358
I havn't fixed it yet. I'm still trying some stuff but If I get a fix for it I'll update the thread with the fix. If you're not having the same problem just ignore, but you can try the fixes though.
Isn't related to my problem. Mine still works. But it 'crashes' sometimes

New to this so be gentle
Got galaxy S 3 the other week Everything super cool ehmm apart as the title suggest the LED doesn't and has never worked.
I defo got the settings correct and all that so don't know if it's a hardware problem or software problem.
Had a wee look on Google to see if it was common issue or if there a work a round etc but can't get any info re this hence why I'm posting here .
Any suggestions will be gratefully received

What rom are you using, mate? I'm sure stock rom LED works, and almost non-stock ROMs i've tried have LED working.
Just the stock rom mate. Seems to be a bit of a rarity for it not to work as not came across anyone else with same issue. Lucky white heather eh...
Not a deal breaker I can live without it, but if they was a solution I happily implement it.

I'm getting a problem where something is automatically turning on my wifi after a little while of sleeping in my pocket. Anyone else have this? Any method to see what is doing it?

Look through alot of threads on xda. There are alot of good suggestions on here. Some help some people and some help others. I myself have had this issue also. I've swapoed kernels, flashed back to stock, etc.etc. Right now i'm trying a free market app called fixr wifi fix and it seems to be working but only time will tell. If you try it and it helps just hit the thanks button.
