Not working, very good, screen flickering and a lot more bugs, in alpha state, wont be finished (maybe) ever.

No need wap connection the tg01 have gps internal reciver, you only need to download iGO prime. Search on google since I can't post warez links here
but the navigation works if I put ubuntu?

leave winmo, you should leave it if you want navigation, I say ubuntu dont work as it should, screen is flickering

I'm running Route66 Navigator7 WMS on my S310/Oxygen and it works absolutly perfect: fast, stable, faster positioning on cold-boot of gps-receiver as with tomtom on my MDAcompact, cheaper.

i have got the same problem.i have noticed that if i remove the italia-map from the root of the memory card and i start tomtom it passes the "accept"(green screen with legal notice) and ita show correctly the"no map found" message.if i put the map back to the menory it just freezes again on the green screen

Hello. I had the same problem, the solution is quite simple. You need to create a directory "Tomtom" in the MyDocuments folder in your phones internal storage memory. It always tries to create a file with the default map settings on startup. If it cannot access the folder, it simply freezes. I'm probably 2 years late with the answer, but maybe someone else will be looking .....

The patch is easy to find i believe its under the wiki.
But the swe version is the fastest, it is still missing some components yes it has wpa2, but no mms and some other apps are missing as well
...and the language patch doesn't patch everything and still leaves quite a lot of Swedish hanging around. It is enough to make the phone useable to a non-Swedish speaker though.

huh??? I patched the English cab and almost everything in English. In fact the only visible Swedish is my voicemailname and an entry in my setting (and maybe a word here and there...), the rest is complete English...
I'm using the SVE rom...
I tried the new Test rom for HTC... I tried the new leaked Cingular Rom... and I decided to go with the Swedish rom patched to english.
The Test Rom for some reason wouldn't let my phone go into sleep mode... so it would drain my battery real fast... that and the device got physically warmer than it usually did... I didn't like that at all.
The Cingular rom seemed alright... but it was lacking WPA2 which isn't very nice... and seemed a bit more bloated... especially with that little startup video... I think subconciously 80% of why I changed it was because of that.
With the SVE rom:
It's true that you can't edit the MMS settings... but the application appears to be there... maybe you can import the settings via registry. I don't really use MMS all that much, but I'm assuming you could get it to work that way.
I also copied all the short cuts from the swedish start menu in the windows folder over to the english Start Menu to get Internet Sharing, Streaming Media and MIDlet Manager.
This one seems pretty stable to me so far and does seem faster. Not sure on battery drain as of yet, but seems to be holding well.
The only issues I've noticed so far... there seems to be a slight delay in the sounds as I click around... seems like the sounds are always playing catch up. Also... when i get a new email... the subject line isn't bolded like the old one... so it's a little harder to see where the new emails end and the read emails begin. But that's a small annoyance.
TCPMP player seems to work much better as well... I did a quick benchmark of a 320 x 240 divx about 180bit rate... and got 299% using the ATI driver. There is no screen tearing when paused... so I like that.
I'm using radio 1.21 here in California... and it seems a lot more stable than 1.27 as well...

I have figured a way to fix the mms settings, I took the mms files from the windows folder off of the english version and put them on the SWE version. I am not sure which file specifically does it, but I know that I wasn't asked if I wanted to overwrite any files so I assume its all of them that are missing.
If anyone wants this I can zip the files and put on the ftp

Hello, I as you know also have the TrueNeytral and the charge of battery for usb me works perfectly and in the car also, in the PC it charge me between 210 - 280mA. The only problems are the Russian characters, for the rest it goes very thin. Greetings

To install TRUE follow normal procedure to WM6
That's:
-Downgrade to aku 2.20... If you previously had a WM6 or aku 3.3..
-Activesync 4.5
-Conect prophet via USB in normal status (not necessary to place it in -BOOTMENU)
-Execute upgrade utility (a .bat file)
-Wait no longer than 15'
-Dont touch anything, i recomend turning communications or phone off
-Anything happens in appearence but after pc message in MSDOS, hard reset -must be done.
-Now you are done.
It would be great if a russian speaker could give some info from 4pda.ru forums to change .dll in order to switch language typography in this rom.

This is the stimated time i have been experiencing, anyway is i wrote, and many others did... You should not unplug usb until system tells you to.

I've installed TrueNeytral a couple hours ago. Registry change of Keyboard is not working for me, but Resco Keyboard yes.
If i change registry of IR my Prophet restarts each time switch on . Original values are '15' (not '14' as you say).
Also some original ring tones (setup/personal/phone) are not recognized as valid wma files.

I've been using TrueNeytral WM6 two days. Actually for me is the best WM6
implementation I've flased to my dear prophet. Things I've used:
-USB, Wallet and car charge, all work fine (car charger required software
reset with cable plugged to works).
-WiFi: I've wireless router to internet, with no problems starting/stopping WiFi.
Windows Live, Google Mail, everything OK. Configuration resists software
resets.
-GPRS: OK, corporate mail (Lotus Notes) working perfect.
-Bluetooth: Stereo Sony HBH DS970, handsfree Jabra bt-150, freedom bt
keyboard, parrot ck 3000, GPS Zaapa. Multiple connections (parrot & GPS)
work, tomtom returns after receiving a call (this is the first ROM to do this)
ActiveSync over BT to my desktop working also (TrueConnect over BT!)
-IR: NoviiRemote working with no tweaks. Changing registry as stated at top
of this thread for IR gets my prophet to shutoff completely when hibernate,
so i cannot use file and vcard transfers over IR, but I think this is a OBEX
problem, because IR port is working for NoviiRemote.
-I have no incompatibility at all. WisBar and SPB Backup is supposed to get
into trouble, but not for me.
-Finally, battery drain is correct. I've been monitoring two days, and
consumes 4-5% at night and 30-35% with normal use; checking once an
hour mail with GPRS and 30-40 min. call.
-Cannot map HW buttons 1 and 2.
It seems to be near RTM...

Ah!
Russian Keyb: Install Resco Keyboard and SPB Full Keyboard with dictionary completition. These are apps I use normally.
Contacts: Again Pocket Informant & Pocket Breeze, I don't use standard apps from M$. Pocket Informant traps links to std apps, so 'contacts' is hidden for me.
Dialer: I've installed cabinet from first post, but normally use voice command over bluetooth handsfree to dial.
I'm trying to isolate me from lang/reg issues. The cost is to have to install these apps...
I have come across with a post in a spanish forum where they got rid of russian characters. It has to do with a .dll. i think they succed. I will post the how to ASAP
This one also has the problem of turning itself on constantly with an Exchange account.
One more: cannot control volume of incoming call. It is set to maximum, and volume indicator seems to work but there is no real effect over volume.

Yeah! I've got the same problem... But this problem happened to all Crossbow ROM as i've been trying around many ROMs. Nothing can be solved... i guess.. it's bcoz incompatible sound driver...

A2DP is working but needs some steps to work.
Step1. first Pair headset with phone then turn of bt headset and bt on phone.
Step2. turn on BT on phone then turn on BT headset and it shout pop up the BT Sterio icon on topbar.

Tips
Battery status has an option called CpuScaler it's nice when you use the phone alot.. but it uses battery when the phone is in standby because it will acualy keep the cpu buissie trying to keep it at the lower setting.
What I do is I overclock to 260 and let Battery status show cpu then I can just tap the 195 or 260 to get the speed I wan't and when going to bed just set it to 195Mhz and the battery usage is almost nothing

8MB is a bit faster and 4MB has more ram
downloading.....Thank you very very much, Gullem! It's a little bit disappointing that the new camera more or less tarnishes all rom masters' talent though.....^^
Note 1:
V5 final is as fast as your series before (to be honest, much more faster than the well-known version especially surfing the internet), but Voice Speed Dial can't be initiated by handsfree, same as V4....(this issue has been solved by V5bera...) Could it be possible for you to release a patch for that? Thank you very very much!
Note 2:
As same recharge problem as before (it happened sometimes when I using G4 and G5beta), nothing changes when the device is linked to USB...don't know why. (It's hard-resetted after flashing). The only solution is to soft-reset the device to get it around...
Note 3:
X button on the upper-right corner works like a charm (sorry to borrow your own words), though the x problem never occured to me with V4 and V5beta.

This rom has somethings that PDAVIET don't have. as u menthioned Transcriper, working BT A2DP htc thouch intellipad BT FTP and probable some other things, but PADVIET has some thing I think that I havn't included Flash And Adobe reader.... and this rom is bigger withch gives 2MB more room for stuff.
I will download the homeplug icons and see

How, not replying to couple of posts has anything to do with race ?!! he has been working on these ROMs for days and nights!! the man has a family, he also has to sleep!! Give him a break!! the least you can do is try the ROM yourself, and respect who made it.
PS: how would he know you are oriental ?!!

Gullum said that he was going to include the A2DP driver from Fantastic rom into the V5. I am downloading now and will check it out. Will let you know later. The sound quality of the BT stereo is also my main concern for choosing the rom to use. That is why I am using Fantastic B4 despite the bugs there.

Thanks for the reasoning. I do understand the way to respect others. Mr, Gullum is the one I respect most in this forum. I mean it! I posted the previous message because I do have that kind of feeling. I still respect Mr, Gullum for his contribution and talent. But please, please try to think of it that if you were the one who got nothing after posting many times with solid suggestion? From my 1st glance, the rom is fast. No battery drain and memory drain (I've flashed the 8M version) problems are found. As for BT, I don't know why. After I paired the BT with my iTech S38 up, there is not a stereo headset sign / logo on the top bar of the screen. And all the sounds are still coming out from the speaker of the phone itself. This is why I cannot test the sound quality of the BT Stereo yet. As you said, you have included the A2DP driver of Fantastic B4. That is why I am so excited to see your V5 rom and flashed it immediately.
Could you tell me how to activate the BT Stereo headset so that I could check and report the sound quality to you?

I am having problems configuringt the Phone Pad. It worked perfectly in the V5 beta with the cab-file installed, but with this ROM the Option button does not work. Gullum, do you have any idea how to solve this?

-no battery drain issue
-I am not taking a lot of photos with my prophet, so I am happy with the old camera driver
-4MB page pool version is fast enough for me, I prefer ram rather than several seconds of speed
-single instance of windows live messenger (in contrary to pdaviet 4.0.0.6, which runs another messenger instance even if you are already signed in. I had to write a simple program and pointed wlmmessenger.lnk to my wlmloader.exe to have only one instance)
-I liked the keyboard in this rom more because the keys are bigger. however, I don't know if it was also available in pdaviet)
-I have reset the device several times and no losing of anything for now
-the device doesn't lock up during boot while it is connected via usb cable.
I installed wm6 because I needed more program memory and .net cf v2.0 is already installed, not taking any more space in program memory. I read a lot of threads and disappointed with wm6 issues. But it seems that this version has no problems for now. I have overclocked the device to 247MHz (I had problems with higher clocks before)

Another question. How do I get the Streaming media app to play .3gp streams. When I click a link it just opens WMP and I get an error message. I have gotten this to work earlier, but I just can´t remember what I did then.
Any help is apriciated.

If you are talking about T9 landgauges then it's because I removed all but English. And streaming 3g I have never tried myself so maybe someone that has tryed it.

Charging does not work...
Might be due to the programs I have installed on your ROM, but charging does not work. While the device says it is recharging, it actually drains more and more battery.
Any idea, how that comes?

Maybe you aren't using the OEm Charger, Install BatFix.cab (Search it) (Maybe I'll add it here). That Cab should fix the problem. With my original Charger I have no problem. But maybe the cab helps.

I was using a USB charger, and this did not work when connected while the Charmer was up and running - I could sidestep this by starting to charge while is was turned off, but this would have been only a temporary thing. Never tried with the OEM AC/DC charger, though.
Two small other things on the ROM:
1.) First boot screen shows O/S version still as 6.1.x.x
2.) Bluetooth works fine, but I cannot use the headset button to start an application (Voice commander) on the Charmer - this functionality was great and implemented in one of cyberdel's "older" WM6.5 ROMs (I think it was v0.9.9.C3) - any chance to implement this?
The OS thing is some work to change. Maybe I'll do it but it will take some time.
For the second thing I'll talk to Cyberdel.
Have you installed Voice commander? It isn't in my ROm so you can't start it.
I have installed voice commander on your ROM, and it works nicely, but the only issue is, that I cannot map the headset button to start the voice commander application. Unfortunately I do not have a second Charmer on hand to test how it worked on Cyberdel's ROM...
OK would be cool if you could check for me. I have much to do with Artemis now cause it seems to be damaged.

Yea there is an update to english planned too. But cause there aren't many new features the old English ROM should go too.
