AFAIK vtl is for tablets, not for HVGA phones... You may wait for the next update, but it won't give you sureness it will work.

It's ''Honeycomb seven launcher'' it's a launcher that looks much like Windows 7.
Unless you're running on Android 3.0 or higher you cannot use the App. :/
Haves the Launcher 7, can be used on 2.2+ but its so much instable

Don't expect anyone to create a whole launcher for you sake. If you're refering to W7-like then Launcher7 should be your option! There is also "Phone 7 IMITATOR"
