[ROM][DEV] Spaarc back Cyanogenmod 7.1 ROM | 2.3.7 | Released - XPERIA X10 Android Development

Hello guys,
I have bricked my Xperia X10 and will no longer be able to help much
I really hate losing it
This is a ROM based on FXP047 I've tried to fix as much as I can to get everything to work
It may be unstable or may not even boot I dont know cause I could'nt try it
Working
Everything
?
Not Working
Nothing
?
Download here :-
http://www.megaupload.com/?d=Z4IEJRKR (Flash Via Xrecovery)
Default kernel required :-
http://www.mediafire.com/?uieeoz2107tir7c
Unless Someone could help me I can't continue properly
If this Boots report to me
How Did I brick my X10 ?
Well , I tried creating a custom kernel for X10 based on SEMC and HTC Saga kernel sources
Yes , I was trying to port HTC Sense

Sounds good for those who have problems with the latest FXP release (I don't have any problems, so I don't even bother ).

Looks like I'm not alone, Mediafire has some problems right now, I guess. All files can't be downloaded from them.

This is the same kernel, Spaarc is using Oodie fxp kernel.

I have a desire s,
So I thought it would be easier
It does'nt enter flash-mode It shows low battery and the red led blinks
I'm finding ways to have my battery charged externally
The kernel sucks the battery and drains it in a matter of seconds
while charging the phone keeps rebooting
when I remove the battery to shut it and enter flash-mode
nothing happens red led
I'll try my best to have it repaired

You can control the CPU voltage in this kernel.
Does anyone know how to modify the start up picture at boot ? I'd prefer to have the original "Sony Ericsson" prior to the normal boot animation or even just the plain XPERIA logo rather than an alien picture ( No offence ) ...
I have got a key from SE
Installed Android SDK
Moved the SE driver to extras/google
Pressed up, plugged in phone, and cannot find the drivers >_<
There doesnt seem to be fastboot.exe in tools either :/

[Rom]IceCreamSandwich For Stockkernel[5/4-2012][WIP]

I DOESNT HAVE A X10 MINI SO I CANT TRY THE ROM ON MY OWN PHONE
Hello all XDA-developers, this is a IceCreamSandwich port for Xperia X8 and X10 Mini that i and Kopbem37 have made.
This rom doesnt require any customkernel and we are going to try to port all missing features in Troufinous Ice Cream Sandwich rom for stockkernel.
It works on other kernels too, but the main reason for creating this rom was to provide a Ice Cream Sandwich rom for Stockusers
This is a port of the popular ICS for Stockkernel from the Xperia X8 community.
This rom is not recommended for daily use yet, but we are working to fix all the errors, if you want to contribute with a fix or something else please send me a personal message.
THANKS TO:
Paul-xxx for the awesome soundmodules and microphone libs.
And troufinou for the awesome rombase that this rom is based on.
Google for Ice Cream Sandwich
Sony Ericsson for this amazing device
Qualcomm for their awesome Adreno libs

soory i was out to meet some friends.
1. Wifi for me is working flawlessly... Check your kernel. Did you flash the attached one?
2. It easy. Search the rom in : system\framework\framework-res.apk copy that apk somewhere else and then cookit with uot kitchen: http://uot.dakra.lt/
But I prefer to know how much "juice" is left. And the numbers are decent.
regarding nr 1:
I will try some kernels gather by me during time, to check what's wrong with wifi.
(did you wipe Davilk cache in advanced?)
L.E. I have a "daily" but contains some programs purchased or gathered by me during time. I belive I cannot share it here. Am I wrong?

I have 64.
And given fact that is based on GB 4.0....62 ...normally it will be 64 (by default in stoc rom). But if you don't have problems with reception in GSM... you can use the one you have.
70 or 72 is another story... that is for ICS. But you can use those also.
Baseband is the "radio" software. It's stronlgy bounded with signal reception and the power used by device to be "on line".
PLease try this kernel. It's from Aire.. and free ram 204 mb.

Actualy I have both 8.4.2 and 8.4.3=Primo :good:
I'm in the period of testing. I like the facts that I can see the satellites connected. And also that I have TMC and trafic control.
I love in iGOMyWay_8.4.2.139242_800x480 with MotoGIS_V2.4_SAVEROUTES becasue the Speed is actualy visible and much more bigger than the other informations.
And in ICS 8.4.3. exit suddenly when I click on map... a few moments after opening the program.
Whith my rom...never happens.

Your flex (the cable that connects the screen to the rest of your phone ) may be damaged or broken, it's the most common cause of this kind of behaviour.

Depends on where you live and if you can replace it yourself, I found one for about 10euros in an online shop.
I think I know your answer !
In my opinion, I think it's nAa kernel's bug. (If you're using it)
Simply update kernel or change to another like alfs kernel.
-I had the same problem(touch screen operates fine but screen out-put goes wild) , reflashing kernel solved my screen issue

You've got stock kernel now, If you still have the problems, it's not a kernel-fault. And I don't think our phones have the alfs-kernel available, i think that that was only cooked for the x8 or x10 (big one).

It`s true. Firstly my proxymity sensor stoped working. After that display was in 2 partions. Status-bar was at the bottom of the screen. Also my phone was unable to boot. It was always rebooting at the start. after disassembly i saw broken flex cable. now i am waiting for replacement parts. It is not a bug of nAa kernel !!! I tried both stock and custom rom!
if you happen to use an X10 mini pro then this is your problem. I already posted it on my thread here. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1935124
but if you are using an x10 mini then I can't answer you about your prob. but please read the thread and spread the word.

Battery always 100%

hmm this is really strange man :silly:
did u wipe batery stats (after flashin stock kernel) or may try a tool like battery calibrator from market (sry for question if u already do it..)
also how u flashed back using seus?? did u reflashed rom + kernel in repair mode??? --> i allways recommend this guide/flashtool method http://talk.sonymobile.com/thread/35239?tstart=0 if u have to get on stock rom + kernel.... just follow it but may u wipe battery stats bfore u do this (on custom kernl) then power off (dont boot) now if stock kernel is flashed it will make a new batterystats.bin...
hope u getting it to work
peace

Dear All,
I am also facing the same issue from yesterday, where my battery is stuck to 100% and not reducing its % level.
I have tried to repair the phone by PC companion, as suggested by Customer service of Sony Ericsson, However the problem is still not resolved.
I would appriciate if some one can please help me to resolve the issue.
Regards,
Vishal Bhatt
