there is but with wpa support only and for xp only afaik google it.this stuff aint allowed here @ xda

You just need root explorer.Go to the given path and open the file.Of course,you must have root access.That's it.

As I said there is no solution yet.
If its software related then wait for a dev to include a fix in a custom Rom but if its hardware restrictions then it will never work.

Go to Google Play Store and search for "Fake GPS location", and you will have to do something in settings i think. Ask if you need more details, will try to help
