I know its true. I've been a horrible selfish bastard. I want to wish luck to all of our northern brothers in getting their Primes before the holidays.

Actually, I just got a call from the President of Bestbuy in response to an email I sent a few days ago. He apologized for all of the unavoidable confusion and told me that they are going to next-day ship my Prime to me, as soon as it clears Canadian customs.

I ordered mine from Best Buy Canada and I have double confirmation that they have some stock but not shipping until Dec 20 as they say they can't ship it until it is officially released. So it doesn't seam Best Buy is redirecting products to the US.

I have a spend alert feature on my credit card, it tells me of any purchases over $200. I have had two holds on my credit since I have preordered it but it doesn't set off the spend alert. Today they money was withdrawn so I phoned Best Buy to see if it was being shipped soon since the money was actually withdrawn. They looked up my order and said that my tablet on their computer says it was in stock and was told it should be sent out soon. They said they would send me my order status by email. I got an email that said the same thing and then later I received another email stating that they would not ship my order until after the official release date. It was scheduled to ship on 20th. So I'm hoping it is legit.

Just checked, New-egg.com US website still showing ETA of 12/27- They are a major electronics e-tailer here in the US, so I am "cautiously optimistic" that something may change and they receive stock and ship at or around the same time as Best-Buy on 12/18. They haven't sent any e-mails or any updates since they changed the original ship date from 12/8 to 12/27..... Just a ray of hope is all I have left to cling to..... what has become of me??? I ask myself- will my prime ever arrive to save the day???

Given that Newegg posted the 12/27 ETA over a week ago when it seemed that no retailer had any idea when they'd be arriving, I don't see how the date could be set in stone. It's unfortunate that no one at customer service has any idea what's going on, but since I haven't heard that date from any other seller, I'm assuming it's pretty meaningless. Just wish I knew whether there's any chance we'll get them before Xmas.

I think this indicates that Sprint sold a lot.more phones than anticipated and had to cut wirefly short to meet their own obligation. Wirefly orderers should have been concerned when they hit the order button but they should especially be concerned about the s 4 shortage.

This thread is justified. The other main thread regarding this is mostly for those who bought theirs from google play. I for one have called all local walmarts and office depots and no one at any store has any idea at all.

Dont believe anything Currys/PC World is telling anyone. I suspect they are saying those things in the hope people will wait and buy from them.
Heres an idea. Ring the Customer Sales line 5 times, you will get 5 different answers.

When I went in to my Local Curry's, the Manager told me he didnt even know when the Nexus 7 was coming in untill his stock arrived by courier.
Gamestop has it listed in their system but no release yet as of a few days ago when I inquired in-store while pre-ordering a Neo-Geo X Gold bundle & an additional arcade stick (woohoo!!!). FWIW, I inquired at a local wally world & they had no clue what I was talking about as they thought I was referring to the N7 also although I did see the shelf sticker listing for it. He scanned the barcode & it wasn't in-stock yet.
There was a spare place on the display rack at local Walmart here in Salt Lake City. Label on shelf had Samsung GT-whatever, which after checking the internet, corresponded to the N10. $499. Asked but no one had a clue. Maybe it'll be in stock by the weekend?

I preordered mine late in the day around 8pm on 9/7/13 at best buy in California.
The guy told me they were open for preorders the day before but I was still the first one to preorder.
They had papers lying around everywhere so everyone knew they were taking preorders and had a samsung rep answering questions.
I just called my local Best Buy. Rep said I could put $50 down towards the purchase price as a pre-order, but he had no launch date. Apparently Utah's Best Buys know something they don't here. Nothing new. We're the last to know in the South

Ha..that's why i asked for a Samsung rep! 4 of the 5 best buyers didn't have an answer, one even said sometime end of oct!
the one rep actually looked at 2 different systems for me and said the same oct 4th...

The Sprint Note 3 has a street date of October 4th. None of the other ones have been determined so far. That also doesn't guarantee that best buy will have it that soon for Sprint but just means they are sellable on the 4th for Sprint.

Called my local Best Buy (Metro Atlanta area) and asked about Verizon Note 3 availability and I was told "either October 3rd or 4th"! I hope stores don't get them before folks that preordered do This, being my first preorder, would be my luck LOL
If the employees you guys have talked to bothered reading the whole articles they send out to us they would know that the new information yesterday about the 4th only pertained to the sprint version.

changed the urls from a different product w/ the note3 sku, and none are available in my area
Went and played with the AT&T GN3 at BestBuy on Friday, it surprisingly felt smaller in hand than the GN2 (coming from a GNex). The Samsung guy there, Charlotte NC, was sticking to the 10th for Vz.
I pre-ordered from BestBuy so hopefully they receive it on the 10th.

CSR's are STILL unable to tell me if the device will launch tomorrow at their stores. I did not pre-order as I am unsure whether or not i'll keep it; they return the $50.00 preorder fee as a gift card, (which I have no use for). Even BB chat was unable to provide any reassurance anybody care to shed light?
