[APP IDEA] Social Call Blocker. Has it been done? - Android Q&A, Help & Troubleshooting

I have been using Android for a while now, and I have used few call blocker apps to block annoying telemarketing calls.
But in every call blocker app we either need to white or black list of number.
How about an app, where when a user black lists a number, the number gets synced to a cloud storage. The numbers that are stored in the server would then be synced in other users devices (not in their contact list).
The app will block any call that is from within this list. Because a users have marked the number as spam, other users won't have to get annoyed even once.
It seems to me like a good idea, but there could be many problems with this as well. For example, what if a user marks a non telemarketing number as spam.
What I am wondering is whether any such (or even better) app/service is already available for Android phones? and is it worth spending time to develop?
I am a XDA noob, so if I have posted in a wrong section, or if I am not supposed to be posting this in XDA at all, then please pardon me, and please o please don't flame me

What’s your opinion about how Android Market describes its own permissions? Is Google damaging users and developers with descriptions like these?
DIRECTLY CALL PHONE NUMBERS
Allows the application to call phone numbers without your intervention. Malicious applications may cause unexpected calls on your phone bill. Note that this does not allow the application to call emergency numbers.
DISPLAY SYSTEM-LEVEL ALERTS
Allows an application to show system alert windows. Malicious applications can take over the entire screen.
RETRIEVE RUNNING APPLICATIONS
Allows application to retrieve information about currently and recently running tasks. May allow malicious applications to discover private information about other applications.

App request: Combined SMS/IM/GTALK messaging app/inbox

I want a messaging app that combines all conversations with a contact into one thread the way Windows Phone does.
I do not want to have to remember what application the conversation came form, I should be able to access one messaging app and see the complete contact history.
Google now has Huddles (G+), Gtalk, Voice, and SMS that all have an application and thread. We need one app to bring all of these conversations together the way that Windows Phone has done.
Does anything like this exist?

[Q] App to Spy (Monitor) Mobile Phone

Hello everyone.
I want to know Android Apps that are used to track your Kids, Office staff or friends.
I'm looking for an app which has the following features.
- Records All calls and store on Cloud accounts (G Drive/ Dropbox )
- Grabs GPS location (wheather gps is on/off)
- Access to photos recieved or clicked.
- WhatsApp & Fb Messenger chat logs.
- All tracking should be remote via Cloud accounts or some weblink.
I'm not sure about all these features in one app, multiple apps will also work. I have rooted device.
I've doubt that my brother is into wrong line, he might be dealing something illegal. So need to track him down and stop.
PS : If I have posted at wrong place, kindly shift it to correct place. Pls dnt ban me!
I ll be glad to hear replies from you. Looking for some urgent solutions.
Thanks SD!
Idk about an app, I do know family base on Verizon helps you track, but pulling FB messages and texts is super secure and hard for an app to be aloud to do that.

How about no. This is illegal. This is immoral. This kind of discussion won't take place on XDA. Thread closed.

Group Chat Retrieval

Hi to all of you developers! First let me say that I am not a developer but am a long-time Android user. I was referred to this forum by a tech support professional who was unable solve my problem after many herculean efforts to do so. I'd really appreciate any help here.
I recently changed to from Verizon to AT&T as my carrier. I had an LG6 with Verizon but am now using a Samsung Galaxy S10e. All of my texts, including group chats (in Message+), were able to be transferred over. For this particular chat group I was the administrator. As soon as the transfer was completed, I noticed that this chat did not appear in the new phone. When I looked at the LG6, and opened up the group chat, a message at the bottom says "you are no longer a participant of this conversation". So this group chat not only didn't transfer to the new phone, I can't participate in the group on the old phone..and no longer am the Administrator. I installed the Message+ app on the new phone in the hopes it would reappear. Like it is on the old phone..but it doesn't.
My question is this: is there an app that can allow me to retrieve this group chat and it's history off the old phone and put it on the new phone? It's important because it contains important information on my mother who recently passed away. It was actually the only text I truly cared about. I know I can be re-added to the group but it will only include info from the time I'm added. I'd really like to see text history and current all there together if at all possible.
Can anyone help?

Rooted OP6 user with an odd request involving app communication

I have a situation involving tinder. I managed to get myself banned through their platform by using sarcastic profile details that was violation of their policy. I kind of was playing with fire here as I had continued to see fake accounts make it onto the platform, and wanted to test their security. I basically ****ed myself.
So I've contacted them and they told me that my phone number and Facebook was banned. I used new phone numbers, Facebook accounts, play store account, a VPN, even a new device to see if they were able to ban based on the MAC address of the device. I still manage to get auto banned. So I think it was because tinder communicates with Facebook automatically. I am unable to use my Facebook on the device I use with a tinder account. My question is this: is there a way to block applications from communicating with each other behind the scenes, as in a way for tinder to not be able to see that Facebook is even installed. I know there has to be a way. I'm actually more interested in learning about this way than I am with using tinder. It's quite funny, actually.
Are there any devs that know if there's a way to edit the coding of the program and how to do it? I do recall there being an app that allows you to change the structure of an app by altering it's values such as true to false or 000 to 001 etc.
Feel free to move this post or redirect me. I was gonna post this in the Android mods tab, but it says devs only so I figure I'd respect that fwiw.
