[Q] Modding Android OS to Windows Desktop OS

Hello,
I have Sony Xperia S running Android and i am wondering if it is possible to modify the boot loader to accept windows ISO from USB stick or from internal storage? or is it possible to somehow convert windows desktop ISO into a ROM somehow? the reason i am asking is because i like the unrestricted features of windows and the ability to run .EXE on my phone would be brilliant and being able to use skype for group calls which is not featured on android yet.
Thanks everyone... looking forward to your replies

i just wanna ask
is it possible to install android apps on the blackberry q10 ?
if it is yes please tell me how ?

To install android apps in your phone, Get the APK file on your BlackBerry. You can get an Android APK install file on your BlackBerry by visiting the source in your BlackBerry browser (which is the easiest option), e-mailing yourself the file, or moving the file directly from your computer to your phone by plugging them together with a USB cable. For full details please refer to Blackberry Q10 Manual.
