Well, currently on my X10 with unlocked bootloader ROM I'm running the "WolfXperia v7b6" with "v06-1113 DooMKernel" and as I'm not completely satisfied with the performance of my team, sometimes I'm noticing some lag and disconnects wifi only occasionally (eye, flash and wifi modules from recovery), is therefore that I am in search of a ROM and a kernel that offer a great experience I use my X10.
I am a big fan of overclocking, so I want a kernel that allows me to do this, but I am connected to wifi most of the day and I agree that this disconnect in the middle of a download, then I lose the job.
The ROM that seeks not matter if it's based on the official ROM 2.3.3 from Sony Ericsson, or is a AOSP (as CM7 or MIUI), but if I need to work quite well, has no important bugs that the camera captures to its maximum resolution, 720p video without lag, wifi and functional data correctly, etc, etc, etc.
Maybe if you ask for much, but that with such good cooks must be some good combination of ROM and kernel that is almost 100% effective, so I turn to you.

La ROM que busco NO importa si es basada en la ROM oficial 2.3.3 de Sony Ericsson, o si es una AOSP (como CM7 o MIUI), pero si necesito que funcione bastante bien, que no tenga BUGs importantes, que la camara capture a su maxima resolucion, video a 720p sin lag, wifi y datos correctamente funcionales, etc, etc, etc.
Tal vez pido mucho si, pero se que con tan buenos cocineros debe existir alguna buena combinacion de ROM y Kernel que sea casi un 100% efectiva, por eso recurro a ustedes.
Espero buenas recomendaciones y cualquier otro aporte que quieran realizar.

Hi there, I'm downloading files on 500MB without disconnections, maybe you have a bad WiFi connection? Also stock (or stock based ROMs) are the most stable ROMs. I don't have any issues that you mentioned on stock rom. (I'm using doomkernel for unlocked bootloaders, full overclock)

What happens is that also has several phones with wifi connection and none of them suffers sudden disconnection, plus x10 the same as stock ROM had never suffered 2.3.3, I think this has happened since DoomKernel flashing v6-1113, or custion ROM, but things could be mine.

Spanish: Ayer flashee DiXperia 4, queria probarla a ver que tal el rendimiento. La version full y la gaming tambien, note que la gamming esta muy falta de cosas que yo utilizo del SonyEricsson UI, asi que decidi probar por algunos dias la full.
Noto que deja de tener un comportamiento suave cuando instalo las aplicaciones que uso a diario (cosas normales, del market). El hogar se vuelve algo pesado y comienza a tenerse lag.
Otra cosa que no me gusto fue que la barra de notificaciones es transparente, por lo tanto me toco realizar un pequeño cambio en las imagenes de SystemUI.apk, para asi dejarla como queria.
Bueno probare por un dia mas y si no me termina de convencer cambiare a otra de las ROMs que me recomendaron.
Por cierto, intente flashear el kernel DooMKernel v6 full overclock y mi cel nunca booteo, quiere decir esto que NO es compatible con esta version? Tuve que volver a la version v6-1113.

Pues es que para el Desire y el SGS i9000 (otros smartphones que poseo) ya existen unas muy funcionales, donde solo falta la camara y el USB (ademas claro de mejoras en velocidad) en el caso del desire y RC1 para el SGS.

I've used of course stock, Wolfbreak up to v7, T.E.A.M. to v3, back to Wolf, then to DonutHD, to currently Oodie Prime 7. Wolf's seems to be the best basic version to oc with decent quadrant scores. TEAM is a great ui and user modified, good quad scores. Donut was by far the highest quad score, almost double of any other rom I tried. Prime 7 is fast, completely different ui. Great quad scores and features from miui that make using the device easier. As with any rom, read everything about it before you start, and always backup.
I don't want to bother the community with another thread about the same topic so i'll ask here, i'm getting a x10 this january and i don't like the SE default UI, and i've seen it, and to me it looks very laggy so i want you all to recommend the best custom rom for my requirements:
1. Fluid, fast almost no lag (good RAM usage)! Fluid multitouch, pinch to zoom etc.
2. Stable
3. No mayor bugs and offcourse that almost everything works
4. Good battery life
5. Good for soft gamming (most 2d games and some 3d)
And offcourse the kernel you prefer and why

I also saw, but not completely convinced me. I am currently testing the DonutHD and this great, why change? For problems with ThGo2 v13c (Beta) + DooMKernel v6-1113.
Change the kernel to a stock version but slightly modified by DoomLoRD and so far everything is going great, anything I say.

Soy un fanático de cambiar el ROM de mi ATT Fuze pero una de las aplicaciones más importantes para mí es el Voice Speed dial 1.2 ya que estoy trabajando contantemente como conductor y necesito mis manos libres. He notado que en algunos ROM, no importando el Bluetooth que utilice no se activa desde el auricular. Creo que al modificar los ROM podrían estar eliminando algo importante para esa función. He borrado varios ROM por ese detalle. He seguido las instrucciones que me han dado y aun así no funciona. Les agradecería que me ayudaran con este problema o si es posible y no es mucho pedir fabriquen los ROM con el Voice Speed Dial 1.2. Son unos Genios.

estoy usando esta rom desde que aparecio y nunca he notado ese bug. La camara funciona perfecto para mi.

mmm... no se si sea un caso aislado, es como el bug con los botones de volumen al reproducir multimedia o juegos, en mi caso no se presenta en absoluto.
Probare con una ROM diferente, estoy penzando en Open Optimus, y si el bug persiste entonces sera problema de hardware.

prueba con reinstalar, se que es un poco tedioso pero respalda solos las apps con el titanium backup, luego en el menu recovery haz "wipe" de todos los datos, monta la sd y borra la carpeta android y data.
Ahora procede con flashear el zip con el rom y de esa forma no deberia aparecer el problema de la camara.
Pd: no he podido conseguir que el bug aparezca en mi p500, espero que con grabar de nuevo se solucione.
Pd2: lo de los botones de volumen mientras el telefono esta en landscape es un bug en froyo
This happens once in while on my phone too - also using Nessy #Hypnos. I think it's related to some changes operated in the kernel, because this behaviour was seen in some of the kernel versions of franciscofranco; DookMatt borrowed some of the improvements in his own kernel, along with this bug. Hopefully it will be fixed when Dook gets his phone back from servicing, if he decides to resume developing for our community.

I hope that Dook come back soon, Hypnos is very quick and smooth, I liked a lot, but still gives me the camera bug, and it happens even without touching the volume buttons, just flashes constantly.
I reinstalled and still the same problem, as you say could be a problem with the kernel.
I probe Hypnos & OpenOptimus (francokernel 13.1) and both give me the bug.
Devoid Franco (francokernel 13.1) and Lol 1.4.2 no problems, but I like Lol because I felt it more fluid.

Espero que Dook vuelva pronto, Hypnos es muy rápido y suave, me gustó mucho, pero todavía me da el error de la cámara, y ocurre incluso sin tocar los botones de volumen, sólo parpadea constantemente.
He reinstalado y sigue siendo el mismo problema, como lo comentas puede haber un problema con el kernel.
Probe Hypnos y OpenOptimus (francokernel 13.1) y ambos me dan el error.
DevoidFranco (francokernel 13.1) y Lol 1.4.2 ningún problema, pero me gusta Lol porque se siente más fluido.

There could be many factors that trigger this bug. For me, it stopped happening in the last 2 days and the camera worked ok... so it's hard to tell what combination of factors could be to blame. That's why I wrote in my previous post that it happened to me "once in a while". I only wanted to confirm the bug's presence in Nessy #Hypnos2, but whoever is reading this thread should be aware that it's not permanent and some other people are not experiencing this bug at all.
I have the flashing/flickering when I'm overclocked, on stock speeds it works fine.
On mik's CM7 using his 6.5 version.

Well, I was usin' FXP0103 'til 1 hour ago, haha.
I'm using Night Elfs' kernel, http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=21175200&postcount=54; just flash it via fastboot and flash the zip with wifi modules from CWM. the only known bug it's wifi tethering. Better drain battery, CWM-mod (doom), you can even backup your sd-ext with this!

If you wanna keep using night-elf kernel, you need to reflash the wifi modules after install the update. If you wanna try the FXP kernel, just flash the kernel with fastboot, and the zip from recovery. Also, just flash the ZIP and then in clockworkmod>Advanced>Wipe Dalvik Cache, then reboot. You don't lose any data.
español: Si quieres seguir usando el kernel de night-elf, tienes que reflashear los módulos wifi tras instalar la actualización; si quieres probar el kernel de FXP, no hacen falta esos módulos del de night-elf.
El proceso de actualización es: flashear el ZIP del update, luego como recomendación en clockworkmod>Advanced>Wipe Dalvik Cache. Y ya lo tienes. No pierdes los datos de aplicaciones ni nada. Igualmente, para mayor tranquilidad, quizá haz un backup antes.

thanks friend but i was figuring on forums and touchwiz itself is slow even for galaxy s4, what I really need if there is any rom purely for games or if someone can do some modified rom for UMI X2, or latter case some rom for games as another device and work with UMI X2 ....... please help!

en estos momentos estoy usando stock rom Android One Mayo 2020 en el Mi A3, pero siempre anda con fallos, lento, lagg, lento, caida de fps, realmente ya ni se puede jugar, hasta el mismo Whatsapp se bloquea, recurro a ustedes, para que me ayuden a como puedo mejorar el rendimiento del Mi A3, o que ROM me recomiendan instalar para tener un mejor rendimiento y experiencia, por lo general lo uso mas que todo, es para jugar al Pokemon GO

yes many times and nothing is a mamera I reset it from the factory every week
