Legend has been on sale for years, but it is still a amazing phone. Is there any way to bug a complete new legend?
Ebay

Don't buy from a carrier if you're going to be stuck in a contract. That said, they might sell it outright for more expensive.
eBay is used goods, mostly. Check an electronics retailer, but this thing's almost two!
No. Get something better. By the time you get this, it'll be too old.

Just wondering if any Information had been announced as to when and whether it will be available.
Speak on March, 6th
Probably immediately, but it will be like $600.
Yea, pretty much all phones that come out for ATT or require a sim are available sim free along with contract.
For people not looking to break their contract or just wanting another phone, it makes sense to sell it that way too; of course it will cost around 600 bucks.

Doubtful shop
I'm in the UK and after a Nook tablet, my hubby got one whilst we were on holiday and we didn't want to get a 2nd one until we knew if the update issue was fixed. I'm rather jealous of his new toy and want one of my own. Is anyone here selling one?
Check the "Wanting to Sell" forum, since there are usually 1-2 for sale.

Just curious what yalls opinions were on the way I intend to sell one of my m7's. Am I being reasonable?

I think that's a great price! You'll sell it in no time! Unlike me, who has a cracked screen on my hands. I'll be lucky to get 300 if I want to sell.

The only thing that would drive me away is I don't like reserve auctions. Instead of playing the hidden reserve game with your potential buyers, just be up front with them and set your starting bid at the very least amount you would accept (around $600-$625 I would imagine?), and set the Buy It Now price at the high end of what other eBay sellers are actually selling their phones for. Just my opinion of course. This will also weed out the less serious bidders who will try to low-ball you. If you're worried about missing out on bids, do you really want people who won't pay $600+ bidding on your phone, when you know damn well it will sell for at least that amount?
One more thing - be prepared to give a prospective buyer the IMEI number off your phone (if they ask for it) so they can check to see if it's on the AT&T black list. Of course, I'm not implying you're a thief or anything. I just had a friend that bought a used AT&T iPhone off of Craigslist. When he went to activate it, AT&T wouldn't do it because it had been reported as stolen, and I think the carriers share this list nowadays. So he now basically has a wifi-only iPod touch that no carrier will touch.
Noted, and changes made. Thanks for the tip. I hope my first time selling something on eBay goes over well lol.

Good luck! I see you raised the Buy It Now, that is good!
Had to. Buy it now has to be 30% over start price lol.

Wow I didn't know that. Doing a quick google search, this looks to be a brand new change that eBay implemented on May 1st. You might re-think my strategy then. I didn't know they forced you to do that now. I'd feel bad if I screwed up your auction.
Yeah but I mean... Most retail places it's $600-700 plus I'm throwing in $100 urbeats that are HTC branded. I'm just gonna see what happens.

I have done well selling my phone's using buy it now or best offer. I usually list it for $50 over what I actually want. At $725 I imagine you would get offers for st least 650 if not more. If you can throw in a case along with those head phones you will get some pretty good offers. I had a job selling stuff on EBay for 3 years and rarely ever did an auction. If you really want to do a timed auction make it end on a Sunday night at around 9pm eastern time.

no, you wont.
http://www.fees.ebay.com/feeweb/feecalculator
$55 if you sell for $550.
And if you use paypal they will take a percentage as well. I sold my old HTC one x+ on ebay after not using them for years and was shocked at how much they took from me on the purchase. I sold the phone for $365 and after fees from ebay (~$38) and paypal (~$15) I lost 15% in fees. My fault I should of checked their new policy but never again

That's good choice
So I want to sell my phone and was wondering if anyone has any experience with swappa ?
Also it's only a month old and carrier unlocked do you think 590 is too much ?

Sold my unlocked TMo on eBay for $609 last month. Was used.
Missed it and bought another one locally for $450. Paid $10 to unlock.
Toss it up, take lots of photos, be honest about it's condition. See what happens. If it doesn't move, lower the price every 2 days.

Absolutely to much as sick as it seems , these phones have always been 580 new outright and now the s4 is also 580 new .
Just like with cars trucks anything once u buy it use it walk away with it the value is cut drastically.
They go for 425-480 roughly used now regardless if it's a day old or a month .
Think of it like this the price your asking is same as what anyone can buy it new at the store .
I've bought two ones ans one s4 paid well under retail, people will just look right past your price .
Good luck.

I have to agree I'm not gonna pay retail for a phone when I'm not getting the ability to return to tmibile or warranty plus not that you would but if the seller reports it stolen or lost also so for me to buy used the price Der has to be worth the tradeoff

Since you live in Greece, you may want to look into buying a htc butterfly. It's most likely going to be more expensive, but it's the same phone, and you will also have an SD card slot.
I had to choose between those two....when they released I paid full retail price and got the DNA..the details got me...the red power button the red camera ring made my decision...butterfly is a little thicker...although the main thing that I did well and choose it is the development.....DNA has more options than butterfly........
