Just received this case,
http://www.caselogic.com/10_2_ipad_...l/index.cfm?modelid=154701&productid=10030361
Fits perfectly, the inside opening is a little thick, made for a 1.5" netbook but I added a couple layers of foam and the G Tab fits like a glove. Just about the perfect case and it's on sale.
It looks like a lunch bag.
I picked this up for my Acer 1. While I am waiting for my Malata M1 to arrive I have used it for my G-tablet and it is surprisingly perfect. It holds my tablet, charger, cleaning cloth and stylus very comfortably. Plus, it has a very professional look and feel.
Targus CityGear NetBook Case
After messing with a couple of bags, I ended up buying this one. It fits the gTab perfectly in the padded sleeve even with it inside of my sweet CaseCrown case and has room for my little Gear Head keyboard with multi-touch touchpad as well as the dock, and my foldable Arkon stand, the spare power adapter, and other odds and ends in the little compartments it has. It's fairly cheap too. My only negative on this bag is that the shoulder strap is not removeable.
The Encase neoprene sleeve for 10" netbooks really fits my GTab like a glove. It is kind of snug lengthwise and there is maybe 0.5" of extra space widthwise, but it comes very close to fitting the dimensions of the GTab. Unlike a lot of neoprene sleeves made for iPads or netbooks, this sleeve is more "rectangular" shaped instead of being more "square", which is good because the GTab is more rectangular than an iPad. Here a link to Amazon, but these are also on eBay.

I like that this one fits exactly L x W with no movement, it's thicker and leaves room for adding a little more padding or slipping in a slimline keyboard, there's also a zippered pocket that will hold the power adapter and stand without a problem.
The strap isn't detachable but can be used from the top, side or un-fasten a couple of Velcro straps and it becomes a shoulder strap.
The case is more rigid than the neoprene ones I found at OD, more along the lines of a laptop case.
Also couldn't pass up the price

That is a nice case. I may pick one up at that price for times when I'm going somewhere with just the GTab. I like the neoprene Encase sleeve I posted above for times when I'm putting the GTab into my bag and want just a little extra protection to prevent scratching my GTab.
Figured since I've already wasted $40 on my Otterbox Commuter (trying to "adapt it"), I'd start a thread to see who has bought a case that works well with the Photon Car Dock.
Bump!
No one has purchased a case for their Photon that works on the Car Dock?
I dont think there are currently any cases on the market that work with the cardock. I have both a TPU Case and an Otterbox Commuter neither of which work with the Cardock. I am going to make a few dremel enhancements to the TPU case to see if i can make it fit.
I purchased the holster case from the Sprint store along with the car dock and it works fine. Don't use the holster portion but do have the back case on it and fits in the car dock and haven't had any issues so far other than a few times the car dock application doesn't fire up always and sometimes I need to re-seat the phone.
Yeah.....I even ordered a cheapo $5 case last night to try, we'll see. Kinda sucks though, ya know?
Ok........even the cheapo $5 case does not fit in the Car Dock. UGHHH!!!!!!!!!!!
There are a lot of cases out there now and more keep coming. I've bought just about every one I've seen. My favorite of course is the Caseen skinny but I also like the Moko. There are about 3 or 4 different Moko models cases out there but I wanted to specifically point this one out. While most cases don't even provide speaker holes this one does. It is a nice one.

I have nearly the same case. Mine is the MiniSuit 360 degree "swivel" view, the tablet and surrounding case can snap off if you just want to have it in your lap, and it has a little strap if you want to secure the folio closed. I really like these styles in general, they are all very similar. I didn't think mine would have speaker holes but some of these pictures don't show that there is cut out on the side (v. Perforated holes)
I currently have the CIMO case for my Razr and I love it but the cutout for the ports isn't wide enough to allow me to us my HD dock. I tried cutting the old bigger but now there isn't enough plastic to make the top feel steady. It needs more support from the back coming from by the camera. Does anyone know of a case that is similar that will fit the HD dock?
I've got a basic tpu case on mine right now. It fits, but at a bit of an angle. I figure if it's going to be docked, it's going to be there for a while, so I just take the case off. Otherwise, it seems that both the hd, and car dock are designed to only fit the phone if it's naked.
hi all,
i am currently using the slim booktype pdair leather case which have a belt clip and it fits on my multimedia dock perfectly without removing it. However, the case after 1 month if use is cracking and very flimsy. I am looking for an alternative or might have to repurchase another one.
main criteria is it must connect to the multimedia dock and a belt clip is a bonus.
Anyone tested the piel frama? kinda look thick and may not fit the multimedia dock
