However, for launchers a lot of them can be sideloaded to our players, so I'm not sure if you're looking at them. But since you have Go Locker in the locker section I guess there's more Launchers you can chose from (if you're sideloading them) you just need the .apk files and they are free too.

Modded Note 3 launcher -> http://www.fildirekt.se/dl/1391285969.rar (remember to extract it)
Go to developer options and set the 3 animation options to 0.5. (to match the speed of the launcher)
How to
If you have Note 2 launcher - copy the modded launcher to system/app, and remove sec.launcher2 and restart.
If you have Note 3 launcher - copy the modded launcher to system/app, and replace the old sec.launcher4 and restart
Go to developer options and set the 3 animation options to 0.5.
