Can I flash Molten over Liberty?
As long as they are the same kernal say 2.3.4 and you wipe data and cache and it will be fine.
I already did a nandroid backup,just curious if its possible, and if there any risks.
Should be fine if it bootloops just pull battery and boot into stock recovery and do a data wipe and you should be fine. Just make sure you give it enough time to load the first time before thinking you are boot looping.

You can also make a nano back up of molten and also try eclipse as well. Eclipse is highly recommended as well as peppermints gb. If you are on 2.3.4 eclipse version 1.3 was very stable and performed well. Moto ginger funk is also a nice rom that is based off of stock blur but runs better than stock.

Yes eclipse 1.3 is for 2.3.4 and is very good! I would recommend doing a nanoback up of stock eclipse and then try some themes. ICS theme was my favorite with eclipse 1.3

I am running 2.02 eclipse on 2.3.5 it is very good. But it is more work to get to 2.02 if you are nervous about flashing you might want to try 1.3 if you do decide to try 2.02 eclipse there is a good tutorial i will find a link for you.

Good I hope this means you made it to eclipse 1.3 don't forget to do a nano backup now before any themes. That way if you do not like the theme you just restore back. ICS is good also the red blooded is very popular also.

If you ever wanted to get to eclipse 2.02 you need to :
Sbf to 2.3.4
Update to. 412. Via stock recovery to get to 2.3.5
Root with zergrush
load tefnars bootstrap
Wipde data and cach and flash 2.02.
But 1.3 is a very good version and it will make bouncing around different roms easier on 2.3.4 if you continue exploring different roms.

You realy need to unlock before flashing this. Just take 5 min and its sp great to have all the recoverys cmw xrec in one.

I noticed that it wasn't lighting up in previous versions...
very fast and smooth, however lots of chinese writing and I cant handle that. I tried dooms v05a with boot manager and it works. This seems to be pretty awesome so far, Trip new 105 has a real loud clear sound though.
How come you didnt use video.accelerate.hw=1 in build prop? that seems to make home screen smoother and faster, placebo effect?
So this has to be installed on CWM?

This is a great ROM, but the chinese writing is preventing me from keeping it. Is there any fix?
I've installed it, and so far it's super fast and great, and I've not encountered any chinese text

center button app killer has chinese, theme manager has chinese, and some other places Ill have to remember. Wish I had realized cwm was part of it before I flashed it all. Rom seems smooth and all seems to work so far. I have gotten some FC from XDA app. Also how dod you get the Dom kerel to work, now my phone is stuck at the Miui animation and wont go further?

Here, sorry for doesn't reponse your PM sinan33, I was busy on these days.
LEEDroid Dokdo v1.1 Final is GB ROM.
LEE announce that it's the final GB ROM for streak and he will develope the ICS.
Some problems found from users below.
- PowerAmp application doesn't work or works slow.
- Some media player works slow.
He will release the update version for this.
Install instruction is same as other ROMS.
- Full wipe your Streak
- Flash ROM
- Flash gapps
- Reboot, and wait around 10minute for stablizing.

CM 7.2
is it better than CM7.2?this rom isnt more attractive. I think CM7.2 is enough for me to work and play. If its not better than that, maybe I'll be waiting for ICS
There are a few differences, but not enough to switch from CM7 in my opinion.

-Supports both Arabic and Urdu.
-Decent battery life.
-Haven't played with the camera though.

yes.. this one is built for performance... be advised though... that this rom does not support DSP... anything that uses dsp such as poweramp or equalizer will FC it...

I feel that the display of this rom is not so precise especially the status bar in 240dpi rom. Hope
So I've been flashing ROMs and such for awhile now and decided to jump back to Avatar ROM today. Since I hadn't flashed any kernels in the past few months I figured I'd throw Devil on there, hoping to get better battery life and other enhancements that come with a custom kernel. I downloaded the 7/17 .ZIP (from the latest Helly Bean ROM) and it shows up in my kernel information in my system settings, but running Devil Kernel Manager, Devil Kernel Config, and even NSTools, none of them show I'm running a tweak-able kernel.
What is going on here? Is the newest kernel no longer compatible with any management tools?
Also, If someone could link me to the last version of this kernel so i can test that, that would be nice.

It sounds like you are using the proper Devil version. You're using the one from @hhp_211's thread right?
If so, try DevilTools. It's made by DerTeufel himself and it's based off of NSTools. Try it just to see if those apps may be the problem.

Also, devil kernel config has never worked for me on 4.2 builds. It's pretty outdated and isn't being maintained AFAICT

i have a galaxy sii mini with virginity rom and themer is working great!
seems to be working good so far on my GS3 d2att with Illusion 2.6 ROM though I've just started working with it

ALL the ROMS are working, its just that people use ROM settings and change navbar/status bar options making them transparent/removing them/changing their size which effect the screen size thus the themer having issues to understand what phone he is on due to all thos random changes
i have used 6 roms with themer he support all of them if u keep the normal navigation bar and normal status bar
I didint noticed any issue yet while i was looking for correct rom.

Iv flashed xNote 7 and kn0xraid while using themer. Both with SafeStrap recovery on note 3
Zperiaion 3.5 works with Themer

This is the personal build of my CM11 used mainly for audiophile purposes. It consists of the following changes below aside from CM nightlies.
-Compiled with latest Linaro toolchain 4.7 and its NDK
-Compiled with Linaro optimization flags -O3 -pipe -Wl,--hash-style=gnu -fno-tree-vectorize -fno-inline-functions -fno-unswitch-loops
-Compiled with full strict aliasing (No warning error for kernel though because there're too many to fix)
-Some Bionic optimizations cherry-picked from SlimSaber source
-Boeffla kernel sound mod added from AGNi kernel by @psndna88
-Low latency audio/voice driver tweaks

May be your EFS is broken, try to restore it if you have a backup, if you dont, i think flashing an official Samsung rom with Odin could bring it back.

When I did another full wipe and flashed Slim rom then flash devil kernel, I get back my reception and have no baseband issues.
I kinda need to be running devil kernel because I have second rom running as well

Tried a restore from recovery but didn't work. Mind you I flashed devil kernel once I flashed this rom so it may have something to do with that.
I had no problems when I reflashed slim rom.
Can you make a version for omnirom?

i used to suffer this problem too..
try my method:
- clean install first, let it boot completely.
- finish setup wizard, (setting up google account, etc) check if you got any signal?
- then reboot recovery, flash devil kernel.

I too get distortions, every 4 seconds or so. They were so annoying, that I had to ditch this otherwise fine, fine ROM.
Hope the cook can look into it. I mainly use my phone for spotify and pocket cast. So, sound is important.
Got back from visiting parents' place. I mainly optimized audio for walkman app. Going to properly optimize it for whole system with as little sacrifice as possible.

No problem. .take your time..your rom was super smooth. .just test out things..hoping for a great super stable rom.
I was busy since August and haven’t got chance to update the ROM at all. Now that I have some spare time, I’ll start with Note 2 I’m using right now. Fixed some audio glitches for streaming audio stability.
If you can provide sound quality of tw with smoothness and speed of cm11, it will be the best rom for me. Looking forward to test out the release.

It's exactly that and I missed a plane yesterday so I decided to compile another round with Boeffla kernel mod for better sound.
