Hi
When i first got my atrix I rooted via superoneclick(this was when i had 1.26) Then when 1.57 came out, I used the script that was found here:
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1013931
... to keep my root access.
And now to my question: How do i remove root access and reset the phone completely?

Hi there,
Recently got my TP. Rooted with Razorclaw, stupidly took the OTA and now that the official root is released I'm stuck with the superuser left from the Razorclaw. And doing NachoRoot won't root my device as long as the superuser from the Razorclaw is on my TP(not sure about that, but seems like it). I've tried factory resetting it, unrooting with Vipermod's Primer V1 and tried to apply root with NachoRoot to no avail. Is there anyway to undo the Razorclaw root? Any help would be appreciated.
Thanks in advance,

Yeah man, that's bolex!! & you are out of luck.
I missed the OTA rootkeeper as well before I updated . No way yet to root 21, as far as yesterday midnight from what I remenber.
I did bring the unit back to the shop and exchanged it into the last showmodel ( still on HC)
Now it is updated and rooted.
Hopefully -vipervoy_ will find a new solution.

1. With Prime on .15 update (or earlier), get root
2. Install OTA rootkeeper
3. Upgrade to .21
4. Use OTA rootkeeper to get root back
This is the only way to have root on a stock .21 build.
If you upgrade to .21 before rooting and installing OTA rootkeeper, your cannot root (currently).

It's really simple, you must root before updating to .21, save your root with something like Voodoo RootKeeper, and then restore your root after updating. There is currently no way to do an original root on .21.
re
perfectly understood right now
the problem is that i'm already on .21 and i think i can't donwgrade right?
so i've to wait for next root system
thanks all

I have problems with rooting or unrooting my Maxxed Droid Razr.
I had leak ICS rooted. I downgraded to GB(rooted) and sideloaded official .211. Tried to restore root with OTA RootKeeper. My phone showed SU icon and asked permission to run OTA Rootkeeper I did allow the permission everything looked good. I tried to check the root root checker but it does not show that my phone is rooted.
I tried DroidRazrUtility 1.6 to root it again but it fails all the time saying that files already exists. Then I tried to unroot but it said that my phone does not have root.
I tried to get back to GB but it did not work. Just stuck on boot loop. Sideloaded the ICS .211 and SU icon was gone and no root at all. I did couple master resets with deleting all the internal and sd storage. Still no luck.
Now I can not root my phone. Any ideas how to get the root back.
Appreciation "Thank you" will be given to anyone who tries to help.

Download unstuck ics 211. Flash the .85 kernel then root using matts utility 1.6 then use unstuck again to flash the .211 kernel back to the phone. There's a tutorial for it online in better detail
Sent from my DROID RAZR using xda app-developers app
Found the guide. Doing it right now. I will report if that fixes it.
Moved to Q&A
Cheers

So i recently got the lg g3 and I cannot for the life of me get it to root. I tried the stump rout first but it said my phone updated already and so i tried the purple drake root and i downloaded all the nessisary files but when i got to the part where i had to press enter a couple times it would close the little window that was up and wouldnt root my phone. Can anyone help me with this issue please it would be greatly appreciated.
If your phone has already been updated to ZV6 then you will have to rollback to ZV4 in order to root. The Zv6 update covered the root stump used. http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=2852042 this should get you where you want to be and able to root.
