Since i had my other phone stolen, i want to tighten up the security on my new ace. and basicly i've found a slight flaw in the Android OS. You can access the power options while still in the lockscreen.
My question is. How to disable the power options while the phone is locked. Thanks in advance!

yes, but what i'm asking it for is to stop someone who does decides to pick it up from turning the device off at all. If they don't know the password, then they're not gonna be able to turn it off...
which then goes to another point.. "why not just remove the battery...?" - thinking bout superglue to stop the battery being messed with and prevent the sim from being removed

When I was on stock ROM, I used turboboost. Worked great for me. Don't know about you. But, I am not responsible if you brick your ace. Just a suggestion. I used stock with turboboost for 1 month and I didnt have any problem

Hey guys every time I boot my launcher fcs ..its really irritating sometimes ..I used lp first then switched to adw but problem persists..help will be greatly appreciated ..these Fcs just increase my boot times :-(

change rom
Emoboixx locking home in memory doesnt help ...the launcher just has to FC at boot :-(

does this happens when your memory (RAM) is low?
if so, this is the way I fixed it.
1. download zdbox and install it
2. run it
3. click on "Task Killer"
4. click on the setting icon (on the top right hand corner)
5. make sure this is checked: "Kill all when Screen Lock" (not by default)
then, it is good now I don't get the issue anymore!

If you just want an Android-PC Sync Manager, you can try "MyPhoneExplorer".

You must also install "MyPhoneExplorer Client" on your phone (from Market) & proper USB Drivers (for your phone model) on your PC.
Our xda forum also has lot of threads regarding the same...

I've following problem.
A while ago i've accidentally bricked my gorilla glass on my s2...but amoled and all is working fine though:highfive:....than i bought only gorilla glass part...i wanted to change it myself....but....when i ripped my s2 apart and started detaching whole screen from housing.....the LED's part got broken....so now my led's are gone....it's not such a big deal as i'm using button saviour from playstore.....BUT.....What i'd like to know is: Is there any way to disable BLN from within build.prop file?...because if i flash any other rom and if i make a full data wipe from cwm my s2 catches in a bootloop because BLN is enabled by default....so....is there any way to disable BLN?

well...if that would be like u said...i would be happy...but it's not...i've found out that if i delete galaxy s2 settings before i flash a rom itcs ok...but with latest JB/CM 10/10.1 builds this method became useless...still searching for solution before orderjng new touch keys...anyone?
