Rom- stock(I can't root it bcz it is my friends phone)
Prob - so how can I install font on stock rom to read Facebook status in my language without rooting it.

If you want to type in Punjabi then Multiling Keyboard can help and it's free
and what kind of font you have ?? if it's an apk you can directly install it.

I don't know whether you can use ttf in android but those multiling developers has a font pack too maybe it can help...

to install that kind of app you need to paste it to the right folder, then give the right permissions (644 -rw-r--r--), reboot, then click install
i have xperia x10 and miui 1.10 rom
how can i install hebrew language cause i tried english its okay i can habdle it , but when someone send me massages or anything writing in hebrew it can view it cause it is in hebrew... those there is a solution for more languages?

May be you search hebru language with google .... If you got ...... Copy hebru and paste in your phone system/fonts/ you paste there....... Then restart .... But you. Need to use root explorer ....... Make sure when you paste r/w. After paste o/w ..... That's all........ Hit THANKS if it helps you......

thanks but i have try it and i found heb package but when i flash it it was only show me hebrew text in Hebrew... i mean not in simbols and like that but it didnt changed the phone language.
and another thing about root explorer-it dosent work on MIUI rom.
i have rooted device and it allways worked on my stock room but now you just see white screen when you click it.... thanks anyway man.

I look all over the forums and I found a modded ICS android keyboard, BUT its intended for NEXUS. I also want to ask if its possible for my ace to use this modded keyboard. Thanks!

This doesn't help him at all.
Try digging the APK from the CyanogenMod ROMs.. It has Android AOSP Gingerbread Keyboard

Would you mind if i ask 1 more thing? How can u make it as a SYSTEM App?? I also can't seem to find the keyboard app in my lewa rom, because I have read in some posts that you can overwrite the system app with your desired app then just change the Permission.

Use root explorer to paste the apk file in /system/app folder.. Then long press the apk, go to permissions, change it to rw-r--r-- and then reboot

Here it is 'Samsungsans.apk' that has a lot of fonts.
Remove the existing one from /system/app and place this one ,SamsungSans.apk with any root file explorer change permission to rw-r--r--
reboot.

Most ot the themes are installed in data\app like an apk file (for ex.Blue.apk,IOS7.apk,Classic.apk).
If you want to get rid of them you just uninstall them .I hope that i help you..

How long is the scroll time to reach the end of that list?

Thanks for the New Fonts File...
Should i have to paste this in system/app/..... Right?
But the problem the file is of 100 MB+, i have very low internal memory lower than 100 MB...
So is there other way to use this Font Package like placing it in some other folder.???????????

You can use that...
There are a lot more apps like that, some requires root and some don't need it.
In those apps you need an internet connection to download different fonts and the procedure to apply fonts seems to be weird in all those (my experience only)..... Sometimes the font wont be successfully apllied.
But here in this case, if you are using a Stock or Stock based Custom rom and if u are a rooted user, then you simply copy this font file to the particular location and then reboot the phone, that;s it... Good to go.
After restarting, there will be a large number of fonts, you can apply any fonts without problems...
no internet, no tedious procedures, etc..........
