the stock rom 2.1(eclair)?
I want this rom without xrecovery, without root and, if possible, I want to flash this rom in CWM, because the miniusb connector is broken, so i can't connect the cellphone in SEUS...
Thanks everyone...
Post questions in q&a section and not in dev section.
Sorry mate, I was viewing the both sections(I was searching here) and I create the thread in the wrong section, someone move this thread please...

just pay 2 bucks and get new connector, that is impossible to get a ROM without xrecovery or root but install through CWM...
This thread totally is nonsense question.

Ok, but's not my cellphone, I can't do anything about the hardware, it's my girlfriend cellphone and she said that I don't can open her cellphone...
I know that seems a weird thing, but it's the olny way that i could think, if someone can send to me an backup in xrevocery with just root, i could replace the chargemon and the busybox, that will help a lot...
@static28
Done...
if its your girlfriends' phone, you can just return it to her after installing a stock ROM [with CWM].
No offence, but most girls, dont really get technology.
and yes, it is impossible to have any kind of recovery without root.

solution for your problem:
find 2.1 back at the forums and download it to any computer which has bluetooth.
transfer the back up from computer to x10 mini pro through bluetooth
run root explorer or file manager ( I guess you have that )
move the 2.1 back up from "bluetooth" folder the "CWM" folder
boot to CWM. restore back up.
DONE!

Haven't you been reading this thread or any of the others? If you upgraded via SE, non rootable, all you have to do is downgrade back to your previous version and then use the xRecovery + pre rooted 2.0.2.A.0.24 by Z method posted all over the Xperia X10 general and q&a forums. With these you also can enable JIT. Other guys didn't spell it out, they just provided links. I'll spell it out but I don't have links for you. Between both you have everything you need right here in this thread.

HI XperiaX10iUser,
Thank you for saving my life
I tired the first method but kept getting NullPoint error, then i tried the nonGUI flasher and it worked like a charm. now i am reinstating the system image created by Xrecovery.
AgentJBM : i understand your frustration, however there was no direct link and the methods mentioned were not as clear for a Noob like me.
thanks all for your help.

I wasn't frustrated. I'm just trying to help other noobs realize that you're not going to find one thread with A-Z. They give you A, H, P, and Z. You have to use search and links to do the ones in between. I'm a noob myself, just a step of two ahead of you, who understands both sides. They aren't being short or impatient. They just expect you to be able to navigate xda if you're going to be messing with your phone.

Hello guys, I have a very big problem with my x10.
The USB port is broken and the phone is no longer under warranty.
I would like to try the modified kernel, but unfortunately requires the baseband 52 and unfortunately I have a .54.
There is the possibility of changing baseband without using the USB port?
xrecovery or anything?
Many thanks.
if it is possible to Zip the BB files then you can flash via Xrec
Thank you so much response.
Could you give me the link to the file?
Thanks again
Change your build prop to an x10 that has over the air update with 52 baaeband... not sure wich model and company. Then do update frim settings

you could just attach the needed files to an email and send them to your gmail. Save the attachment and navigate to the 'download' folder on your sd card in xrec to install
You cannot change phine w/o usb.. the files are for roms, not for changing phones w xrecovery. So over air update ia all i can think of

Install them the same way you do a ROM, select them in recovery... no need to rename it to "update".
Yes, install after the ROM, maybe let the phone boot up once so everything can load and then boot into recovery and select the hotfix.
Good luck

Hey ALL!
!!!PLEASE READ WHOLE POST, THEN YOU UNDERSTAND WHY I WAS WRITED THIS!!!
!!!IT´S LITTLE DIFFERENT THEN OTHER ROOTING THREADS, BUT IT MAY BE THE TRICK, WHAT WORKING FOR YOU!!!
Here is my solution from my experience ROOTING any GB stock version. I wanted to go back to stock GB(I was long time in CUSTOM ROM`s) any I experience big problem with ROOTING again my phone. I was not doing this the FIRST time, but I experience this kinde of problem FIRST time. Even I wiped everything several times, trying several FW(FULL PACKAGE and ONE package, with ODIN), but still cant ROOT. I was searching here in XDA all FULL day, but nothing helped(but the upd_1.zip to SD card, run it and so on). I searched second day in internet, but still nothing helped. Finally I tryed this method and it worked for me.
Here is what I was doing.
I but this ROOT.zip file to my SD card and RUN it(USE STOCK RECOVERY NOT CWM4 OR CWM5), after I was installed GB(Gingerbread) FW(FirmWare). Because if I was used CWM4 or CWM5 I cant ROOT MY PHONE. But in STOCK recovery you cant go lower from ONE(first) screen what it showing(if you push the "apply update from sdcard" button), because the Root.zip helped me. It SHOWING IN FIRST SCREEN(I have a lot of things in my SD, because the upd_1.zip not showing in the first screen and I CANT go lower in STOCK RECOVERY).
Once more I will write it down for you!!!
1) Download this Root.zip HERE(or down there in thread) to you computer.
2) But it in your phone SD card(DONT EXTRACT IT OR BUT IT IN ANY FOLDER. BUT IT IN THE ROOT OF SD CARD).
3) Run it in STOCK RECOVERY, push the "apply update from sdcard" and use the Root.zip(not CWM4 or CWM5).
4) After that REBOOT your phone and you can see SUPERUSER app in your apps list.
Thats all!
Wasnt that easy? Yes it was, but I was strugling with out it, few days.
Hope I can help someone with this tutorial.
ENJOY IT!
If you can ROOT even changeing the file name to "1" and flash it in STOCK recovery, report it in this thread and I will change the thread name and giving credits to you too for that! (because then the file showing in the first screen ALWAYS even in STOCK recovery)

1) I very clear with my problem(I see you too, not read the whole first post).

Dont blame me,if you dont know, that I dont used the search.

upd_1.zip and root.zip, the different is just the name...
Why? Coz i rename my upd_1.zip to root.zip its easy to me to use it...
Its the same zip file...
thanks
whatever u did it worked had no joy with 1-upd or any other method on gingerbread only way was to flash a rooted kernel or custom rom first try and this worked on stock 2.3.3 great

Hey!
Thx for replay! Just wanted to know, dose you tryed to rename the zip file like "111"(for example) and if you renamed it, dose it still rooting or not(maybe the zip file depends from the name too, dont know that exactly, because I asking this)?
If its still rooting, then we all can rename the ...zip(upd_1 or Root or .....) file what ever we want(like "1.zip") and then it allways shows in the main(first) screen, even in STOCK recovery. It will be the great news then for all of us!
CHEERS!

Hi.
I have been looking through the forum, and can't seem to find a proper solution for my problem.
My sisters boyfriend owns a SGS2 i9100, and as far as I can tell, it's bricked. When turned on, the SGS2 logo shows, and then just goes black. Waited 10mins, nothing. He says he did't do anything, all he did was changing the battery, he bought the extended one.
Now the problem is - he really needs to get the data off the phone! He has some work-related stuff on it (notes, pictures, etc...) he needs asap...
I can get into recovery and download mode, I already installed CWM (GT-I9100_JB_ClockworkMod-Recovery_6.0.2.9.tar) but I fear I flashed the wrong one, because he told me AFTER flashing, that his SG2 was running on android 2.4.x...
I tried mounting emmc and internal sdcard, but my PC wont detect it, so I could copy the data off it...
The phone is not rooted and runing on stock ROM.
Any ideas how to get the data out?
tnx for all your help & replys in advance, I hope someone can help, would appreciate it.
Merry christmas to all

Hey, good point! I'll try that, thanks!
Will report
If the phone actually is bricked & you don't end up being able to get it working normally, you have no chance of recovering data from it.
@immortalneo
I made a nandroid backup from CWM and saved on PC... I have all the data, tnx!
Next question is - where (in all those "data" and "system" files), can I find his notes, that were saved in the stock notes app? I'm searching through the files and can't seem to find it
Tnx again man
Flash the same rom that was flashed before the brick.
Then install titanium backup pro and use "extract from nandroid backup" and find the app you want to restore and restore just DATA.Restart the phone and that's it.
I've been doing this for a long time now, restoring sms mesages, notes, game saves....
