Need help to use trackid (x10 mini pro) - Sony Ericsson XPERIA X10 Mini

Hi guys,
I installed the latest version of trackid on MiniCM7 by nAa (the last one), but I've problem to use it.
Trackid use some libs in "data/data/com.sonyericsson.trackid/lib", but each time I reboot my phone this folder is deleted, and I have to install trackid again to get it back (without libs, trackid doesn't works anymore).
Does someone can help me to resolve this ?
Edit : Problem solved by itself, lib folder is no more deleted when I reboot the phone.

[Q] Instaling addons - Wolf Experia TW

Please, I need help.
I'm using the Wolf Rom, and everything is going fine, but I want to install the Wallpapers and the keyboard files, I can install the widget file in exrec. but the other two dont work.
Please, how can I install these two files?
http://forum.xda-developers.com/showpost.php?p=16580350&postcount=6114
What version are you on?
Is the problem in xrec (can't install them) or that you can't start the apps?
I'm using the 3.5 version with 3.8.0 update.
I have the widgets extras instaled, and working, via xrec and I tried to install keyboard and wallpapers, the same way, but when I´m going to change the wallpapers, for example, they dont appear. The same thing occurs with the keyboard addon.
In xrec, apparently, they have been installed.
Are you installing from a xrec backup?
OMG, I don't know the diference. The exrec is the version from flashtool 2.8. The files are those from Wolf's Rom thread.
Is this you want to know???

Help!!! I accidentally deleted the stock launcher

Hi
I accidentally deleted the launcher when I went to delete another apk in system/app
I'm using de stock rom on xperia mini pro (sk17i)
How I can fix it? I don't have other launcher installed.
push original home.apk via adb
If you turned off your phone, you'll need to flash the software back.
Had similar problem with my phone, "updated" with SEUS. My phone's factory reset now, but it's totally working.
I flashed the stick firmware again ! Thanks !
Because this has happened to me quite a lot of times, when im trying to alter something in the original home.apk, what i have done is, i have another launcher (ADW for example) on my computer. When something goes fubar, i just install ADW, then i get in the system folder (if inaccessible with adb) and replace the ****ed up home.apk with the original home.apk .
Instead of flashing its better to use "Android Sideload wonder machine" to install stock launcher.
Thats all
neroyoung, thanks ! I will use in the future

[Mini Pro] which kernel/rom is the best for Mini pro ?

I bought Mini pro 2 weeks ago. After trying to flash all the kernel, custom rom in Development box. In my opinion :
1) Kernel:
- All KRSH, Boof, Rage ... are fine. Who care CPU overclock should flash KRSH but I don't know why KRSH without wifi module and anoying to add wlan module after flash.
- Boof: is fine with .62 FW, CWM still version 4 but enough for everyone who just need root and CWM.
btw, all kernel to use volume back but boof use power button to enter CWM.
- Kernel build in CM7: work fine, but why don't use the unique Kernel for all CM version ?
2) Custom Rom
Still now, I can not say there is a good custom rom for me.
- Hybrom v11: boot loop right away at the first time install. with all kernel, I tried.
- CM9: many errors, people already noticed.
- CM7.x: simple, fast but without google app (market, maps, email...) I tried all the market apk but can not work, stop when add account then exit.
it's seem like CM want everybody to forget android is not from Google.
Finally
All I need is simple rom with basic funtion, long beterry life. So I choose original stock and Titanium backup to uninstall stock app. Mini pro become faster and smooth.
SE give mini pro little batterry but many many game, syn, SE app combine in system. wft.
In future I intend to buy Xperia Ion or Xperia S, if stock rom like this, Im sure to optimize again.
How about you?
Hi, regarding cm7 rom, i tried 7.1.0.2 and it bootlooped (as noticed elsewhere, in development section i think), but 7.1.0.1 worked fine incl. gapps. Some problems with keyboard (no lights) and soft buttons (too bright backlight), but sorted out using some config tweaking.
Hi, for gapps incl I try this way:
extract CM 7.2..zip file, add Google app into system/app/ then zip again. I found that Android Market (veding.apk) need google service framework, patner, sync.. apk to run normal.
As u mentioned 7.1.0.2 boot loop, I met too.

Acording to wiki.cyanogenmod.com/wiki/Sony_Ericsson_Xperia_Mini_Pro:_Full_Update_Guide , you should install gapps (download zip from cyanogenmod dl page) using ClockWork Recovery, right after installing ROM. Worked just fine.

TrackID on unlocked bootloader(official method)

I have a Live with Walkman, unlocked the bootloader via official method months ago. After that, my TrackID did not work.
Now, I have been using Hybroman ROM v12 for some time, recently changed to Rage Kernel.
Today, I installed newest TrackID from Android Market....I mean Google Play. To my suprise, it works, I was able to detect some songs, that I played from my laptop.
Might be worth of trying, if you want TrackID.
unlock my phone with testpoint, i have 2 track id, stock n from market.....
same, different on UI.
sent from my Walkman
and you're seeing it now? It's been a long time since there is official trackID in market which works without DRM keys.
confirmed working
I can confirm that this works on an unlocked Xperia Mini (Doomlord's method) with Rage kernel.
App does apparently not replace the stock TrackID app - and it doesn't work in airplane mode.
Market link: play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.sonyericsson.trackid
(truncated the https link prefix - why won't xda allow me to post external links?)

You are quite new, so you need to have some posts, before you can post them.

It doesn't work, if you have unlocked bootloader.
Does the new TrackId integrate with the radio app, or do I have to remove the original TrackId app before installing?
Repair TrackID on unlocked BL
1. Download latest TrackID here
2. Rename to trackid.apk
3. Put it to /system/app
4. Replace the old trackid.apk
5. Fix permissions
6. Reboot

[Q] Apps disappear after reboot

I've installed new custom firmware on my Xperia P (Android 4.1.2, Honami Moonwalker 4.2, Phantom kernel 5.4), and now I've encountered a major problem. If I install Skype (either from APK or from Titanium Backup) and reboot, it's no more installed. Before rebooting it works fine. Google Talk (installed from APK, TB or CWM) was replaced by Hangouts, then I somehow managed to eliminate Hangouts and now Talk just disappears just like Skype.
Same problem with the keyboard: whenever I restore the old Sony keyboard from the backup it gets replaced with the new one after rebooting.
As far as I understand it's a common problem in 4.1.2, not a specific bug of my device or firmware. What's the source of the problem and how can I solve it?
Thank you.
I have the same problem. But Skype icon works, it don't work with Pou, VDM and City Island. Them icons disappear.
Moonwalker 4.2 with stock kernel
@jufofu
What if you replace the apps manually?
Does the problem still appear and which Xperia Home do you use ?
Better you dont restore apps with titanium back up like hangouts etc and just install them with playstore and if you want the old keyboard back do it by replacing replacing etc with right permissions etc.

Sent From The Moon With My Xperia P !
Well, I'm pretty bad at replacing them manually, I didn't even manage to find them after installation.
But somehow the problem seems to have solved (almost) itself. After one of the iterations Skype didn't disappear, and when I installed Talk, it remained too.
Now the only problem is the keyboard. Where can I take the old one from and where should I put it? Will one extracted from TB's archive files be okay?
By the way, I'm using the modified Xperia Launcher 1.3.7c, but it's obviously not a launcher problem: Talk used to be replaced by Hangouts, and it's not a thing to blame a Launcher for. I've heard of people having this (or similar) problem even on Samsung phones with stock firmwares.
