This is my sensation shows fully unlocked state by factory method. With all security off you can flash any rom and any ruu. There are 5 security locks: 1. Bootloader lock. 2. Security flag 3. Simlock 4.eMMC or nand lock 5. Cid or service provider lock.
All HTC can unlock fully by factory smartcard and factory diag goldcard.

Of your security flag and bootloader are unlocked, you are software free. You can flash any region,provider,version firmware,radio,ruu,recovery etc. Security flag = s-off

Unfortunately no! Im waiting for months for this. Xtc not support jetstream.
Unfortunately revolution.io or unrevorked or alpharev is not support jetstream and jetstream hboot versions.

so i I knew its because the root and s-off so i tried to get my device back to s-on and remove the root. from this thread http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1192300 but i think i didnt found my device software in filefactory link and also the filefactory link its not usefull its always says (All free download slots on this server are currently in use) check this link http://www.filefactory.com/f/c87a2330449af512/ and here the informaion from my Hboot screen.

Why did you RUU to update?
You're S-OFF, just flash it. Thats the proper way to do it
As long as you're still s off, you're fine.

I had to RUU again because I did the ota update. It wasn't letting me since I have twrp recovery.

1) Never take an OTA.
2) You're still S-OFF, so you're fine.
3) You are S-OFF, so you flash updates. You never need to RUU or take the OTA to update.

Couldn't you just flash the original vigin mobile firmware? There's a app on googleplay called cid getter that'll retrieve you cid for you.

I believe it's SPCS_002 instead of the SPCS_001 that Sprint uses.

So you have a gsm phone , ship Rom? What Rom is that? Are you trying install the ota official HTC rom?

If you want to use the OTA PG86IMG.zip you need to relock your bootloader.

Before, i using ship rom,but i update ICS via OTA,my phome is GSM Model,
Bro just relock your bootloader and run an RUU from here: http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1208485
Sprint EVO 3D Unlocked S-on 1.58 EXT4 recovery flashed to MeanRom and only boots to lock screen.
Tried starting recovery from fastboot, and disabling smartflash, and flashing the rom like that, but no dice.
Any help?

1.58 is ics hboot. Flash meanICS and all should be fine.
