ICS sense leak dock? - HTC Rezound

Does anyone know where I can get just the dock from the ICS leak so that i can use it with ADW EX or GOlauncher? or can someone point me in the right direction to get it for myself? I thnk it would be cool to have as a theme while the Devs work on making ICS stable.
Thanks

adw has a great ics theme.

You couldn't use the true ICS dock anyway since it's compiled for a higher OS. Try using a themed screen as suggested above.

It would be awesome if we could port the ICS dock since it's since sense 3.5.
but i doubt it lol or else it would have been done.

I hope we can up-port rosie from GB to ICS. I HATE that new bottom bar. The 3 button sense bar is my favorite thing about sense.

Agreed...only reason I am hesitant about ICS...

What I meant was just take the stock ICS Sense dock bar as an image file, and use it in other launchers, does this explain it better...?

...and after loading up Clean ICS, I now see how it will be mandatory for ICS. How else would one get the folders that ICS allows in the taskbar?

I ended up flashing a ICS ROM and I actually like the new dock, Give it a try befroe anyone says they dont like it

Since I still can't find it anywhere, I suppose I'll resurrect this question. Has anybody made/found an image to use with GO, ADW, LPP, etc?

The stock ICS launcher is for all intents and purposes dock-less so I'm really struggling to see what it is you want. Or do you mean the Sense 3.6 dock because that dock looks just like ADW or LP or GoLauncher.

Well I thought the rest of the thread had already made it clear, but what myself and others are looking for is a image, to use as the background in third party launchers, that replicates the look of Sense 3.6.

Not trying to be offensive but that doesn't make any sense. Sense 3.6 looks just like ADW or LP except with the giant Sense clock widget. Maybe I'm really missing something here.

Yeah, all it is is a semi-transparent dock with Sense icons. That could easily be reproduced in any 3rd party launcher.

He wants someone to make a png of the dock in sense 3.6 that looks like this

The adw dock does not look like that
And to greensniper sorry man I looked but I can't find it, your best bet is to go inside the launcher apk in one of the 3.6 builds

[THEME]Gingerbread for Fission 2.5.7 (UPDATED 1/9 updated to 2.5.7)

Ok, so after going through a bunch of crap to get this to work, I finally did. I made it into an update.zip so Metamorph is no longer needed.
This includes the apps that come with Fission 2.4.3 normally. I'm sure I'm missing some Gingerbread stuff, and if I am let me know and I can try to get it in. I've included both with and without the new transition animation versions. It also includes Launcher2 built from the SDK with 3D app drawer and 5 home screens, and it's pretty damn smooth.
So, again, this is beta, but should be working fine. Just remember to make a backup as you would with anything else. It also includes the Apex ROM window transitions found here http://www.droidforums.net/forum/dr...-window-animations-stock-rom.html#post1058483
1/8 Updated to 2.5.7 and should have fixed the white status bar

With and Without transition animations is in FRM right now and should be fully functioning. Angdroid took care of the buttons being white on white so they should be good to go.
BW Skin from pictures above
So when you say betta what do you mean? And could you make a version or a way to disable the apex transitions? Thanks that would be very appreciated, and I love the gingerbread look so thanks

Beta just means I haven't been able to test every single thing on every single phone with every single configuration. So, if you run in to problems just let me know and not write it off.
And yes, I am going to be making a non Apex transition one, hopefully will be up later.
Ok well as soon as you get the non apex up ill download. Do you have a timeframe for the non apex ? And let you know about any bugs I stumble upon.
I've uploaded it, give me a few minutes to test and ensure that it's all working correctly.
EDIT: Alright man, just flashed the new version and it's working! It's all yours.

Mine just has the green stuff in the top status bar and animations....Not all the nice other green text and different launcher...
Right, this is just the framework like I was saying. I plan on theming the rest of the apps, and there is 3 free Gingerbread SDK launchers in the market. Plus I figured everyone used ADW or LPPro anyway. But I will be updating this with more apps and can include the launcher as well.

AOSP is boring... And its "faster" if you say so because its nothing there lol... Sense brings streamlined functionality and its pretty..
if you use a alternate launcher then that is no longer AOSP launchers serve the same purpose as sense and other overlays

That is untrue. Sense includes the Sense 3.0 framework and is not just the UI and launcher. Even if you load launcherpro on a Sense 3.0 Evo 3d, it'll still take a lot of resources because the Sense framework is required for the phone to run.
When you go AOSP, you discard all of the Sense framework and run on only what's included in GB. Launcherpro on AOSP is still AOSP. All you changed is the launcher. It'll run much faster. Of course you lose the ability to use Sense widgets because they rely on the underlying Sense framework.

[Q] Sense like widgets (news and calendar) on CM7

Hi guys,
I hope this is the right forum to post this )
I got CM7 running on the touchpad, and I love it. Its just awesome, but the thing is Im use to HTC sense from my phone and miss some of the widgets. So… my questing is anyone know some widgets that can do this:
A calendar widget that looks like the sense one, so you see all the dates on a list, and make it possible to scroll through them. I have been looking, and looking but cant find a calendar widget on the market that let me do that on the touchpad.
Other this I need is a news widget that look similar like the sense one, or can do the same thing. It should reed from 5 different feeds at once, and show them on a list, so I can scroll through them.
Is it posible to "copy" the sense widgets from my phone to the touchpad, or will they only work under sense?
Hope you guys can help me, and I hope its not just me that cant setup widgets on my touchpad
Regards,
Safi
I don't own an HTC phone but can tell you a simple search in the marketplace will yield you plenty of HTC sense clones. And to answer your question, no you cannot port sense Widgets to anything other than sense.

....! No a simple search WONT give me a widget that works like the sense one.. i have triede like 10 different... so before you throw the "use search"-card, you should know what im talking about, and as you dont own a sense phone, you dont.. or im pretty sure you dont.
Try Colorize widgets. Pretty cool collection of widgets. Calendar, agenda, contacts, bookmarks, twitter etc.
Or buy launcher pro which has the same sort of thing but better.

What kind of launcher does AOKP and CM9 have? Not TW, right?

Quick question. What kind of launcher or 'ui' (if it's called that) does AOKP and CM9 have?
I know there are other roms that are TouchWiz based (thats the launcher name?), but AOKP and CM9 do not appear to be that.
I want to google image the difference between TouchQiz and CM9/AOKP launchers to see what the visual difference is.
Thanks a bunch
No! Touchwiz is not the launcher!
Touchwiz "features" and Touchwiz Launcher are two different things.
AOKP/CM9 usually use Trebuchet, or a few others like Nova/Apex.
Why ask the question just Google the difference between cm9/aokp and touchwiz

I try not to stare directly at Touchwiz's launcher to avoid damaging my retinas. I recommend taking all necessary precautions.

I've tried painting over touchwiz, yet it managed to somehow bleed through three layers of primer. Had to rip it out entirely!
I couldn't stand TW on some of the earlier ICS roms I flashed coming from CM7. Then I flashed CM9 port with Nova launcher.
Very nice.

Yes. I think Nova and Apex are definitely better launchers than whatever the Touchwiz launcher is called. I've been enjoying AOKP while waiting for the ICS MIUI to catch up just a little more.
Yeah, Apex has worked very well for me. Very clean ICS launcher. It seems to run much lighter than TW. Gotta love the app/widget division too!
Apex has worked well for me too! I like it better than the rest. Recommended!

Yeah I like it it too.... But then again I like any launcher you can customize icons easily.
And IMO TW launcher and the AOSP look..... Both look like ass equally. Those are some real slick icons AOSP went with
killing is my business, and business is good.
I use AOKP with Go Launcher Ex and an ICS theme. Looks and feels great. I prefer GO Launcher to the ICS launchers i've tried. Some very nice widgets, and I love how easy it is to uninstall an app.
