Does anyone know how to keep the sms alert from ringing in my ear when I am talking on the phone? It is very annoying.

Yes, i tried that, but Kies Air uses the phone Notification Ringtone and I do want to hear incoming Test Messages...

i was wondering if someone can help me with a annoying issue i am having with my phone
Whenever i am on a phone call and someone sends me a sms/message, the ringtone i have assigned to messages/sms plays through the speaker (not loud speaker) and all i can hear is a loud message notification and not the actual person i am talking too.
Any ideas how to get rid of this annoying issue?

Go into phone settings and select call alerts and disable alerts during phone calls.

I have the problem that when I receive a message or email, my phone vibrates and plays the notification sound also during a phone call which is extremely annoying, also for the person on the other side.
Any chance I can change this? It want the sound and vibrating, but NOT during phone calls.
Any idea?

Hi there I have the same problem and couldn't agree with u more.it it's really annoying when in a call and u can hear it going off in ear.I'd love to no if there is any way possible to stop this.....
I have Verizon galaxy s4 stock.
When I get a call, I swipe to answer and hear no sound in or out.
Have to restart to call the person back.
Is there a fix for this??

Hi guys
Having pairing issues as per title, moved from HTC one XL to Samsung S6 never had problem's with HTC but S6 voice activation to make a call doesn't work and if i receive a call i can hear them but they can't hear me, my music sort of works but it constantly pauses or dropping out most annoying.
