I searched the market but couldn't find anything in the first few pages of tools or through various searches. Hoping someone on here might have found something I couldn't.

I have a question regarding a store for all root users, almost like cydia on iOS devices. Is there anything like that? I have searched but have not found anything.
If no one else have found anything I am considering developing an app that have all root apps/tweaks/themes in one app.
Searching for root on the market gives you a list of apps that require root.
May include non-relevant apps though.

Sorted by popularity:
https://market.android.com/search?q=root&c=apps&sort=0&so=1
This does not include patches for specific roms and bootanimation and what not.
I mean that I want to collect all these stuf to one place so it will be simpler for the user to search for rooted goodness. Instead of going different places to collect them for them self.
With the recent update to Google Search for Android you can no longer disable web searches. Every time you use the universal search on the phone you must wait for the web results to return and they are listed before the apps. For people who primarily use the search functionality for accessing apps this poses difficulty.
What is the best way around this? At present I've just been using an older version of the Google Search apk. Is the best way around this hacking the current Google Search apk to just have a different package name and use that from now on? Does anyone know if there is a hack to disable web searches in the new Google Search with integrated Google Now?
Also posted a poll along with this to see if other people find this intentional exclusion of web search options annoying. Thanks in advance.
Hi,
I doubt that I'm the first one to think about this but I couldn't find anything useful trying to search for it, so here is what I'm looking for:
Is there an app that I can use to share a number of apps I installed on a webpage including QR-codes, GPlay-links, short descriptions etc.? The apps I know of mostly share text only and/or links but none I found allow me to generate a webpage (or use a site for this) which has all the info in a neat, organized way so that my friends can read the descriptions and decide which apps to download from there.
AppBrain's API has an app widget that would be somewhat fitting but 1) there is no app to automatically create those based on a list of apps on your phone and 2) it requires people to use AppBrain, which some people don't like.
Basically, I'd like to have it created automatically and look like the ones used by Android Police (but with links to Play-Store only and no need for ratings)
Anyone know an app like that?
TIA

Since I got no replies, I went ahead and put together a crude PHP script to convert a list containing Market/Play-links to a webpage and to host that list on PasteHTML.com in case you want to share it with someone (since I don't have the hosting for that). If you are interested, you can check it out here (sorry if it's slow, it's running on my home server). I'm still looking for an app that could do this though but for now this is better than nothing
Hey all! So I've been looking all over forums and the internet searching for an app that similarly functions to the app/website for the wearedata ad campaign made by ubisoft for watchdogs. However, I can't find any apps that do the same or similar!
What I'm looking for is an app that aggregates all social media posts and places them on a map (simlarly to what the wearedata website does) although differently to that have it so that you can look anywhere on the rather than being limited. Anyone know an app that can do this?
Just find it interesting and I like nose'ing around xD
Is anyone aware of a search application that's good excellent for local files?
I'm aware that there are some file managers that will do this, and even the google app will find some things. But I'm looking for something that leverages root to search absolutely anywhere on the phone by filename/date/size/other attributes. Looking for conciseness over speed.
Can be a file browser, but doesn't have to be.
I also take an explanation of why such a thing doesn't yet exist!
