I would really like to get a very slim/discrete case for my prime - something like the Moko or Poetic. I can't find a stockist for either of these in the UK. Anyone in the UK have a decent slim case for their prime or know anywhere that stocks them? Thanks!
Or the Blurex case which appears to be identical to the poetic design?
I'm waiting for this too. You would've thought a fairly generic Chinese made case would be readily available.

To answer my own question, Amazon now have this case on their UK site, which I have just received. Comes from the US, so delivery was a bit slow, but the price is great and the case seems very good quality.
Essentially it looks the same as the poetic case, all ports and camera are accessible, and the bezel is not covered. All in, I am very pleased with it.

Thanks for the info! I ordered the black folding case. I'm hoping it's thin enough to fit inside the Case Logic netbook sleeve I bought from Amazon, so I can have some extra padding for it during transport.
I got the solo. It's quite well padded but a little pricey and it doesn't stand up on its own.
anyone get their hands on the roocase yet? is it well padded? it's hard to tell from the picture.
Hm, trying to decide between the executive and the multi angle. Does anyone have an opinion on whether or not one uses an angle other than 45 degrees for viewing on a table?
I ordered my roocase last night and since then, they changed it to preorder, shipping on 7/11.The rep stated they are waiting for them to come from China. That's too long to wait so I cancelled my order.

There's a couple of auctions on ebay one @$13.69 shipped and one @$15.68 shipped. Both sellers are from California.
I think we are at the point where the Transformer accessories aftermarket is beginning to settle in.
Now we just need those chargers and cables.

Yea, I like it. But there is only 1 small picture there, and it looks exactly the same as the case for the Xoom. Many more pictures of the Xoom case.

I dunno, by the time you receive this shipment you could have just preordered either one of the rooCASE or the Case Crown cases that are coming out in 1-2 weeks and shipping from within the US. Also, if you do have to ditch the first case, it is $15 wasted.

I used the slim case from rooCase for my Samsung. I liked it a lot. I'm sort of waiting for it to be available for the Prime too. I tried using the one I have on the Prime, but the case is slightly too small...

Amazon has listings for slim cases from VERTEKS and VIPERTEK that look similar to that case for the prime.
misread the post....thought we were looking at the leather case...the slim cases don't look too bad at all!

Just cant believe these guys dont have anything in stock when a new device comes out.
This looks almost exactly like the Verteks case except that this has a cutout for the speaker. Hmmm... Didn't think about the cut out for the speaker. This might make me switch my order for the rooCase.
How exactly do those hinge / snap looking things (from the VERTEKS / VIPERTEK models) work for holding the tablet? Their hold on the device looks rather precarious

I've seen this and the executive one. Do these clip on like some of the others I've seen? I don't know if I like clip on ones. Didn't see the Moko one before, I would have bought that one instead probably based on price, it doesn't look like it has the speaker cut out. I ordered the rooCase on the 3rd, estimated to be sent out on 10th, however, today is the 11th, Amazon status still says Shipping Soon, so no idea how long it'll take.
ideally, i want something really thin, doesn't cover the Transformer look, and stands landscape and portrait mode in multi angles. i don't need protection, i need a case+stand.
the detachable inner sleeve means there are two layers on the case, sleeve, and the actual case. you can use the sleeve without case, which is kind of convinient.
I emailed as well (through amazon's "contact the seller" method), no reply yet. Mine also still says "shipping soon." I paid a lot for 2-day shipping, too, because I'd really like to take my prime to a conference I'm going to this weekend. Frustrating.

I am canceling my order, but I had to e-mail the seller a request to cancel instead of just being able to cancel like you're able to do with most orders. Seems a little fishy to me...

So do you recommend I order the Moko cheaper one? The Roocase though says available the Moko says 1/18. But if the speaker isn't cut out then I don't want it. I emailed the company to ask them I don't now what to do but i have to leave for work and my tablet just got here YAY!

I looked at at it the morning and it said it was unknown if and when they would get more. I was scared mine wasn't going to ship. But it still says it will be here tomorrow.
I received mine today. Can't say how well it fits with the tablet as I don't have the tablet yet (just being prepared). I do like the case itself though. The leather has a nice feel to it and it doesn't seem like it will add much weight to the tablet. Comes in a nice box and was packaged in one of those plastic envelopes with bubble wrap.
Received mine today and it seems to fit both the Prime and dock fine. It has all the right open slots for the various connections needed. And it does not add to much extra weight to the total package.

well made decent leather. really nice insides that are super nice feeling like a microfiberish suede.
i got mine today also. I like the case and it seems well made. The only thing I'm not crazy over is how much bulk the case adds to the tablet and dock combo. I guess there is really no way around that though considering how much protection it offers. The only other thing is that there are no holes cut out for the speakers in the case. The sound doesn't really seem to be impacted much by it though.

I already have a non-specific case that holds both the prime and dock, so I'm prepared for it to add bulk. Heck even putting it in a light neoprene sleeve adds bulk. I guess these are so thin and light together that the little added protection of anything more than a very thin sleeve....seems like a lot
I also ordered the $14 minisuit "rotating" portfolio for just the tablet. I like that it provides for viewing angels AND coverage for the tablet if I want to remove it and hold it freely.

I've been using a Verizon branded leather tablet sleeve on my Touchpad for a while. They were originally produced for the iPad 1 and there appears to be a huge surplus of them as they have been showing up from various websites for cheap.
went to amazon.com and searched for "tf300 case" then about 100 cases showed up. don't know which one to get.
the one showed up first result was this one (by Poetic), but now it's out of stock. and Poetic also has another one for less than $3, (here), and this confused me because the price difference is just $3, of course i'd get the better one.
i only have the tablet, no keyboard dock (will never buy one), so which case should i get?
- i need some protection, but not the best protection like the gumdrop case, just protection that could help the tab survive when say drop about 1 feet.
- stand/positions (typing, watching video,...) don't really matter, but good to have.
- affordable, i'd pay up to $30, but more than that i feel like it's too expensive.
- for personal reason, i can only buy on amazon.com.
there are so many brands i don't know which to choose, also why they're different brands but looks like they're the same lol

Where are you from. I have a slightly used (Moku) case that I bought from Amazon. It is very nice but I've since upgraded and added the dock and bought their other case so I have no use for the old one. Make me an offer. I have paypal.
