I installed silentnight a very nice apk. I solved several small problems, like the notification of fully charged battery, I can silent my phone when I want and how I want.
thanks

rom has to be deodexed to use this mod
So what you are saying is.......there is no way to do it without flashing a ROM? That saddens me. I don't want to have to flash and reset all of my settings to what they are right now.
I appreciate your help fellas.

You can use Titanium Backup to save all your settings - wipe everything and flash the new ROM and restore all your settings. Only thing that will have to get redone is your homescreen layouts (widgets only) because they cannot be backed up.

Ok, push this to system/framework and reboot! Only after a backup of course
By push, you mean run the apk from ASTRO?
I cooked this up in the kitchen for those who want circle battery percentage in status bar
Usual disclaimer applies: I am not responsible for any shortcomings you may encounter. It works on my device
Flash via cwm: If you flash and nothing changes on reboot, mount system and data in cwm, then reflash.
Here are a couple more battery icons:
1) Version K(white numbers)
2)Version P(aka Crysis battery)
3) Version E (gray numbers)
4) JazzK battery
Screenshots: From Left to Right---> Crysis, Version K, JazzK, and Version E
NOTE: These mods are for stock(rooted 2.3.4) rom. I cannot guarantee compatibility with any custom ROM's(i.e CM7, UnNamed, S8, etc)
does this work with Cognition ?
I was using the little Android guy with the battery % on my Captivate. How hard would that be to port to the SGSII?
just need to copy zip in sdcard and flash via cwm right?
im still on stock rooted lol

you can download on market apps that notifies battery full..
if your battery interface was not in number..
you can notice that your battery is full when the lightning bolt disappear..
Look in stock rom I think there's some app or library that handles it. Then include in the flashing zip or add manually.

You can use app called tasker. On that app you can settings if battery set to 100% (real 100%) it'll notif.
Ps. This app using variable if A THEN B. Or you can test it by yourself I guess

EDIT: I flashed both the Wake and Divider Line mod and noticed every time I unlock my phone I get the blue flickers. I've noticed it before but not as often as this. Maybe something to look into?

I am using the Live with Walkman and i tried out a few roms in between.. I am currently on stock rom(.587). I never had any battery issues after coming back to stock from custom roms... But now my battery is going down at enormous rate.. I had it full charged at night.. When i woke up around 8 hrs later.. It was 2%. I have active WiFi connection. My Android OS used 82% battery... So i went to recovery and restored from the backup. I also calibrated my battery. Now the WiFi uses around 50% battery and the rest is taken by Cell Standby and Phone Idle..
Please help!! :crying:
I think you should flash your phone again with flash tool, and then calibrate again and give it some days to become normal...
Just my opinion...

You might get Wifi issue ... there are two possible solutions..
Restart your device twice or thrice.. Still if don't work..
Then Go to Root System Folder and Delete wlanfixed file.. you need root browser and Root permission to delete it..
and try latest Mesa kernel i.e V-2.3
